Bought a Leica lens from Alex recently, transaction was very smooth and straight forward- delivery was really quick. This was the second purchase I’ve made with Rangfinder the first was in person in Hong Kong in 2015 when I bought a Leica camera and lens, that was excellent process also (still have the lens). I have also recently sold a few lenses to Rangfinder- again smooth transaction and process, good price, even considering sending them to Hong Kong!

Ordered an APO lens from Rangefinder after reading quite uniformly very good Trustpilot reviews, unusual. Took a plunge, first time with this firm in HK. The response and continuing support from Aleks Chan to my inquiries and ordering was very good. The shipment was very nicely packed and arrived lightning fast in Austria in 48 hours, by Fedex! Fedex Austria then made a right royal mess-up of a re-delivery [as no tax charges were preinformed] taking 6 days and a frustrating 10+ chasing emails (you can't call them!) with a total lack information on parcel's whereabouts or delivery date. During this time Alex did all he could from HK and was reachable even on weekend nights (-Fedex works only weekdays) which was heartening when you are waiting for a Leica lens..., with many thanks. Finally got my shipment (with a moderate tax). Would do business with Rangefinder again.

Excellent, ordered a 28mm summicron to the uk and unfortunately the first on had QC issues. Alex did a no quibble exchange and also covered the second lot of import vat that came through on the replacement. Very professional

I received my Leica Q2 today, which is only 5 days after I placed the order online. Considering the shipment was from HK and I live in US, such speed of delivery is really amazing! Their sales representative Alex is very helpful and responsive in making this happen.

As to the camera, I’m very satisfied. It’s a brand new one comes in a beautiful box. It works right out of the box exactly as I expect a Leica would. I can’t wait to take it for photo walks to test out more features.

This is my first purchase from Rangefinder and I have my doubt at first for their low price. I took the leap of faith and I am glad I did. For my next Leica purchase, I surely will come back to them again :)

I bought brand new M240 silver from Rangefinder's offline office. It was great to visit and buy leica camera, very kind and professional.
But the best moment was follow-up service! Unfortunately, my leica m240's brand new battery was broken, I couldn't turn my camera on. My camera and battery were checked by one of official leica shop, and confirmed that battery was broken. So, I sent email to Rangefinder, and they sent the new battery to me right away!
It was my second deal with Rangefinder, and always satisfied! Strongly recommend!

Alex Chan is the man you can trust. Very nice and honest business man. He did what he said and over the past 6 months, I’ve ordered multiple Leica lens’: SL 90-280, SL 2490, M50 1.4 and M21 1.4, SL601 Body.
