This company is a scam and need to be reported to Trading Standards. I placed a wholesale order for my company and althought my payment was taken, i recieved no confirmation of purchase, no delivery details, no proof of payment and my order was never sent.

When I called the land line number on the website, it was out of service. When I called the mobile number it went unaswered for much of the time, except once when someone by the name of Abdul answered and advised to send a text with my order details and, "..they will respond within 24 hours..." 24 hours later - no call, no email, no communication at all.

It is deeply frustrating and infuriating to have to deal with such a shoddy business. It is effectively theft and they need to be reported.

I placed order and the supplier issued a full refund after 11 days. Very cheap supplier because not ship item I advise please don't please order on rangeplus

Several days after the delivery window,my order still stated "processing", I still hadn't had an order confirmation nor dispatch confirmation.
I emailed them , they emailed back the next day saying my order had been dispatched immediately , but then promptly refunded me. strange.
this seems to be a common theme for many of their customers.

FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER BEEN SCAMMED IN MY LIFE !!! WELL DONE :))
