Ordered my first suit from Ranis. Their customer service has been amazing, they usually respond as soon as you send them a message on instagram. Their tailoring has been great, stitching is neat and tidy. They try to match the embellishments as close as they can to the pictures and make sure the add ons look good. Their delivery has been on schedule, for stitched suits, your clothing should arrive around a month after placing your order. They provide you with a tracking number so you can track your order. The suit I had ordered does appear to be a slight different colour to the model picture but that would be the brands fault as the model shoot for the clothes and lighting would have affected the colour of the suit. Overall, a great experience and will be ordering again.

False advertising - suits don't look like pictures and the quality in real life is really bad. Customer service sucks, despite multiple attempts to try and get the piece refunded because it literally did not look like the picture but got deflected many times.

First time I ordered from Ranis Online and I am so pleased. I absolutely love my outfit. The customer service was great any enquires I had were answered promptly. The custom stitching option was great along side the option to add premium establishments as this meant I could have my outfit made exactly like the photo in which the model is wearing it. The attention to detail in the stitching of the outfit was wonderful and overall I am so pleased.Delivery was faster then expected. Will be ordering again from Ranis online in the future.

I was quite reluctant to order online after my bad customer service from house of fiza...it really put me off...

The customer service was excellent. They kept me upto date with the order. All the items were Delivered on time.

I’m so glad to have finally found a clothing business I can finally trust. I was reluctant to order at first due to my past experiences with other businesses. However I am so glad I did. Ranis Online were efficient in responding to my messages and kept me updated with my delivery. I love the quality of their products too ! horrible customer service.
i bought 4 100$ suits UNSTITCHED to ship to US with an additional 40$ shipping fee.
on their website, they don’t convert the prices based on your location so you’re basically clueless as to how much each suit costs.
I thought they were showing prices in EUROS because they don’t convert based on location. So they ended up charging me 335$ usd for 4 UNSTITCHED suits. so incredibly expensive i might as well buy in the US.
on top of that, when i tell them my situation, they suddenly tell me 2/4 items are out of stock so i will be getting a refund. AFTER i have payed.
when i say i would like a shipping refund as i had payed shipping because i was buying 4 suits not 2, they decide to refund the entire order.

I ordered couple of outfits which arrived in good time. The outfits were tailored perfectly.
I was very happy with their service as all my questions and concerns were addressed immediately .

I ordered two Sana Safinaz suits from here and it arrived on time as well. I opted for the stitched option and it was stitched perfectly. However the fit is rather on the larger/looser side than a true fit.
Regardless I would definitely recommend this company to everyone 💯

I ordered a medium and when it arrived and tried it on, it was more like an extra small. Not happy with purchase as a very expensive outfit is now useless.
Delivery was as expected

but delivery was fast within a couple of days.
