Scam. They send out mass-emails with wrong claims like "you're not showing up in ChatGPT! Pay us to fix that now!" (Though my company shows up #1 always). Wrong claims about needing to use LLMs.txt to rank higher (which GPT famously does not even read (yet 🤞).
Just more mass "Rank higher!" Email spam that got me tired enough to leave a review rather than just send it straight to spam.

You're right on the two points. Showing up in ChatGPT depends a lot on the prompt: our audit mainly looks at prompts with commercial intent, but the email should have said which prompts it meant instead of making the general claim.
On llms.txt, it's indeed not a ranking factor today. We include it in our audit as a simple step in case AI crawlers start using it, not as a way to rank higher, and if the email suggested otherwise, we overstated it.
Either way, you've asked not to hear from us, so you won't. If anything else from us comes in, write me directly and I'll stop it myself.
