Used cycle to work scheme for the first time in my life, even though been cycling to work for the past 18 years. Got a great bike Ado Air Carbon Electric Bike and had it reserved by Fred B in Sales. He was great and very helpful, going above and beyond to assist me. Waited almost 3 weeks for CTW certificate and he held and reserved my bike for me with no issues. Turnaround once order placed was quick and easy process. Loving the bike, only niggle I have is the kick stand. It's actually a stand attached to the peddles so no user friendly and I found a bit dangerous. Mine fell down when I started to cycle and due to its location, hits the ground and makes you fall off as you cant peddle with that hanging down. Fred is still going above and beyond, searching for a proper kick stand that is compatible with my bike, that I can purchase and fit. Bike is superlight. Highly recommend this shop and its staff.

There were two minor technical issues with the electric bike I purchased so I emailed with my queries. The reply was instant by return and the shop assistant, Fred B, attached a video prepared for me with clear and concise intructions on how to satifactorily resolve the problems I had. So, 5-star top marks for Fred and your company in general for excellent customer support, which is not always forthcoming in this day and age!

I brought in my Pure 4 pro which wasn’t switching on and a replacement rear tire. They fixed both very quickly and called. They also repaired the light and cleaned the scooter, top service. Do agree a fee first for the works. Polite people.

I carnt Thank these people who work at rapid scooters and the 1* Reviews that ive just seen i think thy the person who wrote them must have a good read at the details when they have purchased from Rapid scooters i have the ienyrid m4 pro s + 2025 Scooter and before I went ahead with the scooter I asked Fred if he would recommend anything that I would benefit from and thanks for the advice he gave me I purchased the 1 years extended warranty as well I ordered it on the 18th December 2025 and received it on the 19th December and I live in walsall West Midlands so I had a puncture on the back wheel I messaged them and its took no longer than 12hours for them to arrange collection of the scooter as they are going to fix the issue for me also the manufacturing warranty wouldn't have covered that so I would rate them more than 5 stars if I could just carnt wait for my Ride to Be Sorted but Rapidscooters Will Sort 🙂 well chuffed
