I raised a remote hands request after spotting an issue with some switch patching during a data centre install. Darryl responded quickly and sent clear photos of the switches so I could see exactly what was happening. I spotted my mistake straight away and asked if he could make the necessary changes. He repatched the cables as requested efficiently, and the switches rejoined IRF exactly as expected.

We use Rapidswitch for collocation more than 10 years.
Never had any serious problems with them. They have great tech support. We tried several other data centers over the years but they had different problems like slow network or bad tech support. The prices were increased recently but they added unmetered bandwidth and it is worth it.

I have been working with RapidSwitch since 2007 and having also worked with dozens of other suppliers over the years I can say without a shadow of a doubt RapidSwitch are the best of the bunch.
In my experience RapidSwitch are unmatched with network uptime and quality which I can back up with monitoring from 2007 onwards.
Whenever I've needed to request support be it simple remote hands or a more complex request I've been able to do so without BS. No ticket ping pong just straight up knowledgable staff who more often than not implement requests faster than I'd expect.

A very helpful team where you have dedicated account managers and access to their senior support allowing us to build complex solutions to issues with ease.
We currently have colo kit building our network core for our ISP network as well as a good amount of infrastructure to offer "private clouds" to customers alongside leased lines so spent a lot of time with different arms of the business. So far no complaints, even when stuff goes wrong (as it does from time to time) they are there to help!

Lol sent us a bill after 3 years for catchup on power, because they messed up their own business contracts £350 they wanted all of a sudden for no reason we co-lo numerous servers elsewhere had no such issues. Scumbags deserve to fall
We had quite a few servers with them for around 15 years, we have had issues where the techies screwed up but we stayed due to the price and discounts we gotten over the years. Up until october/november we received extra invoice for power catch-ups at £37 per server bare in minds each server was around £60pcm. We where lucky as we have servers around the UK and a hell of a lot cheaper so we started packing our bags and moved along. me personally if your running a business stay clear, hobiest may suite you
In 2016 i paid up front for a high spec server with the promise of reduced bills. This year ive seen the price increase by £140 per month, with the excuse its towards power, no other company offering me IT services have increased their prices, disgraceful, They dont care about loyal customers.
Been here near 10 years, suddenly got a 120% price increase after 2 others in 3 months and THEN sending me invoices for 'power catchup' randomly despite service being fully paid for.
Scumbags.

rapidswitch are an awesome cloud hosting company who I have had the pleasure of working with for many years (6 years plus to be exact). Today I use rapidswitch in a not-for-profit organization that I am the CEO of. There has been a number of requests which rapidswitch have dealt with efficiently and diligently. Overall, I am very happy and continue to use rapidswitch for all of my hosting requirements. Oh and we have never had any downtime on any of our services.

No response or telephone answer when server went down. Seems that we will be all of our infrastructure moving over to Digital Ocean... you would think that if you host more than 3 servers with them they would care about £12kpa... but apparently not
Genuinely the worst Datacenter we have ever used in our 10 years, the management wow don't get me started, and when hardware fails expect to wait 3 days for anyone to even bother.
Honestly so far. Seen very good services! All because of Mark! He did a brilliant job for us & supported us! I can't fault you at the moment with anything! Thank you Mark!
