Production and delivery was rapid. I would have liked to be able to edit/customize what I had already placed into my cart however, instead of start that part of the order over from the beginning if I needed to make changes. Changes after receiving the artist proof were quick and easy. Received items are good quality and just as ordered.

Designing and ordering were easy. This is our second time using Rapid Wristbands and we have no reason to look for a different company in the future! Our order arrived exactly when it was supposed to and the wristbands look just like what we designed.

I ordered 400 bracelets for our annual dinner banquet and picked the date that would get them here on time. Now its the night before the event and we have nothing.

Ordered 400 wristbands for an event. Paid extra to have it delivered the day before the event. Never heard anything from the company. I tried contacting them several times. When you call the phone number, it says they're closed even though you're calling within their business hours based on their business hours listed in their emails. The day after the event I got an email saying that my order had been shipped. What the hell am I supposed to do with 400 wristbands for an event that has already passed? You might say, well, you can use them for another event. However, my issue is going to be the fact that I paid so much more to have them delivered before the events. This company is a scam. They might send you a product but everything on their website is crap. They have zero customer service. No one will respond to you. This website should be shut down

Ordering was very easy. The wristbands are great quality and look exactly like the rendering. I ordered these in memory of a colleague who lost her life tragically, they will be worn by our hospital staff daily to keep her memory alive. Thank you!

I ordered 1,600 wrist bands expecting them to have a issue, as I have had so many issues with other companies. WOW not one issue and the wrist bands came in early and looked better then what i expected. Going to be ordering a BIG order soon.
