Terrible app full of bugs and even worse customer service. I waited for hours to speak to someone and no one ever came to help. Would not recommend

RAPPI facilitates consumer fraud by not holding restaurants accountable when they deliver defective, incomplete, or inadequate products. When you contact the RAPPI with a complaint, the respond by stating they understand the complaint, but there is nothing they are willing to do to address the complaint. Even when you send photos, the RAPPI response does not address the issue!

Unas ratas me dieron unos créditos los apliqué en un pedido y nunca se aplicó cuando pagué el pedido ahí sí fue que aplicaron los créditos ratas de m*****

RAPPI es una ESTAFA. Manténganse alejados, hay otros servicos de mensajería.
Me tuvieron horas pasando de bot en bot pese a tener las pruebas que ameritaban la develocuón del importe. Me cobraron por un pedido no entregado y no hay forma de reclamar, te cierran el chat de la compra y desués te responden que hay que reclamar desde ese chat al que no se puede acceder. ESTAFADORES

Pésima atención, no se hacen responsables de lo que entregan aunque no sea lo que el cliente solicitó.
Les presentas evidencia y aún así, ellos tienen otros datos y no resuelven el problema de los usuarios.

Also assume it’s a scam. Twice I’ve order, twice I’ve been charge and twice the food never arrived. Rappi don’t offer any refund or response. Avoid at all costs and order with Uber

Rappi es una empresa que tiene términos y condiciones que unicamente les benefician a ellos, me cobraron el 100% de un pedido que cancelé en menos de 10 minutos por error y claro ya no devuelven cuando el pedido se está alistando. Se negaron totalmente en cobrarme lo proporcional al pedido mayor de 210 soles y se cobraron todo todo en menos de 10 minutos. Cuando son pedidos pequeños tardan en llegar a tienda pero cuando son pedidos grandes al minuto ya están alistando para que si cancelas se queden con todo. So recontra abusivos, la app no habilita fácilmente cancelación de pedidos muy conveniente no?.

RAPPI SE ROBA TU DINERO!!! Ni por el p*tas se les ocurra suscribirse a Rappi Pro. ES UNA ESTAFA!! Tuve que intentar cancelar Rappi Pro 4 veces y finalmente opté por cancelar mis tarjetas que puse como medios de pago porque esta aplicación del infierno nunca dejó de hacerme COBROS NO AUTORIZADOS. Después de 8 días de recibir confirmación por escrito que no me iban a cobrar mas, HOY ME LLEGÓ UN COBRO NUEVO!! Cuando ya ni siquiera estoy usando esta miércoles de App. NO SE DEJEN ROBAR! RAPPI NO ATIENDE.

Ni hablar de la demora y lo incompleto o frío de algunos domicilios y la imposibilidad de hacer algo como usuarios.

The delivery time keeps going up on my food to two hours now, the food will no longer be ok to eat if it does in fact arrive and it will be in the middle of the night. No real way to report this, the chat claims to be directing me to a customer support agent but that doesn’t seem to be working either. Really poor service from Rappi

So now they have this thing where they take pictures and that serves as proof of delivery. I saw the delivery driver go past my house to the next street. I though he was going to circle back. Next thing I know, I get an alert that my food was delivered and it has some picture of the side alley to a house. I called several times and he wouldn't answer. Next was the so called customer service. I offered to send a pic of the front of the house. "Wait" she said, "reviewing" she said. Next msg.; "delivery driver has attached proof of delivery. Please check at front desk or around neighbors houses." WHAT the heck? "CHAT CLOSED"

He sufrido una estafa.

Pedí un domingo y me llegaba el pedido entre las 9 y las 10 del lunes por la mañana.

El repartidor llegó a las 8:30 (yo estaba trabajando) y como no encontró bien el edificio, puso que había esperado 10 minutos y que había entregado el paquete. Pero no fue así. El paquete nunca llegó.

Rappi se lava las manos, no puedo ni solicitar ayuda, me han robado el dinero totalmente. Yo a las 9:05 abrí la app y me di cuenta de todo.

I'd give it less than one star if I could. Because it used to be great, and now it's absolutely useless. All the good restaurants are leaving. Turbo just disappeared with no explanation. Delivery times have gone up 200%. Constantly says "in store pickup only" which completely defeats the purpose of rappi. You guys must be preparing for an IPO. Destroying your app in the name of shareholder value.

This is a literal NIGHTMARE. I could not order a damn thing and kept trying and it would just idle over and over when placing the order. This is absolute TRASH if you are traveling to Colombia. I cannot describe the utter rage trying to use this app to place an order when I had no other options because the country is so dangerous you can't even walk the streets to explore. I utterly DESPISE this app. STAY AWAY FROM IT and plan ahead of time if traveling to Colombia to get your food another way

Hay repartidores que no entregan el producto en el lugar señalado y se quedan con lo que ordenaste. Cancelan el pedido y NADIE se hace responsable, perdiendo tiempo, dinero y te quedas con la sensación de desagrado porque no hay garantía para los usiarios. NO LO RECOMIENDO.

Me robaron varias veces, abriendo una queja de falta de pago, 3 o 4 días después del pedido, los repartidores son oportunistas y rateros, usan todos los trucos posibles para robarte, como no trabajan pars el restaurant pues no tienen ninguna responsabilidad con el cliente, 125 pesos, así de desesperados y hambreados los traen.

Customer service is AWFULL. They lie about delivery times, app is bad, experience is bad, go with uber eats instead.

I placed my order at 8:30 PM, and they kept postponing the estimated delivery time. The status now is that it’s 10:30 PM, and they have given a new estimated delivery time of 11:00 PM—an estimate I don’t trust, as it keeps getting delayed.
I also cannot cancel my order because I wouldn’t get a refund.
This is a full-on scam.

So many problems. I place orders based on food, expected delivery time, etc. Many times I have had issues with food being completely different than I ordered, completely inedible, and I might get a partial (20%) credit on an order that ends up in the trash. Today, I ordered food with a 35 minute delivery time. It arrived nearly 2 hours later. There aren't options to select this issue, so I selected "food didn't arrive". When I explained to support that I did receive it, but there wasn't a good option, they "reviewed " (they didn't) and said "you provided the code so it was delivered". I already said that. The issue was 2 hours. I asked for a supervisor. He "reviewed" again and was told again, with the standard response about providing a code. I explained again. They do nothing. They end chats without a chance to reply as I was in the middle of typing. The delivery drivers are often rude and refuse to go up the elevator to the door, as specified in delivery instructions. They often make several stops and food arrives cold.
Stores ignore preparation instructions. Stores lie on delivery times. Since Rappi doesn't give credits often or partial credits, this system continues. I tried to cancel my subscription and they refuse to credit the rest of the month, only cancel on the "renew" date. Don't waste your time and money as everyday has been an issue and everyday support does nothing or very little.

Son una estafa. Traen la comida en mal estado y no hacen devolución ( me ha pasado varias veces) Comunicarse con el " supuesto" servicio de atención al cliente es una perdida de tiempo porque te responde un robot y te repite una y otra vez la misma respuesta negativa a tu inconformidad. Hoy además de productos en mal estado, me trajeron una bolsa de tela que no avisan que compraran. Un robo y mal servicio.
