Purchased the Amen Complete Series DVD from Rarefliks.com in October 2025. Season 4 (Episodes 11–20) was recorded incorrectly and unwatchable. Seller promised a tested replacement in December 2025 — it never arrived. Follow-up inquiry went unanswered. Nearly $140 for an unresolved defective product is not acceptable. Would not recommend.

This company sells the worst copies of movies. I received a copy of the movie "Stranded". It was so blurry that it was unwatchable. I have a VHS copy of it that is literally 10x clearer. The movie arrived in one of those cheap 1/8" wide cases, not even a standard DVD case. The movie was shipped in a plastic bag with no padding from the UK to USA. Case was broken on arrival with very scratched DVR sliding around inside. I contacted Rarefliks and received an Email from "Bobby" who states that he's very sorry and will be fully refunding me promptly. That was a month ago. I've messaged him 4 times since then with no reply. Guess what? He never sent a refund. STAY CLEAR OF THIS SELLER!!!

I ordered a christmas movie dvd and after ordering it they kept in contact with me but now after the date has passed when it should have arrived im still waiting ivw emailed them hoping for a reply about where my dvd is and have received no word. Ive sent emails and no response to any. they dont have a phone number u cant call so obvious this site is a total scam. should be a way to have them removed or make them accountable for their actions but the most can be done is complain now im out 21$ still better then what some have lost

People look at their ratings..Less than 3 stars.. They never sent my movie... I should have read the reviews..Alot customers had this same issue...Been 3-4 mos.. and they don't respond back

I ordered a DVD Set Nov 26th. Dec 12th received email order shipped and should have order in 7 to 18 days. It is now Jan. 4th and still do not have order. No tracking # ...I have attempted to contact Rarefliks 6 times and downloaded Shopify as instructed. I made a report to the Better Business Bureau in Florida. I just want my order or my $99.00 refunded. Very upset and disappointed I did not do better research on this awful business. I'm still you going to pursue until I get answers. Don't fall for the scam!

My order "was" finally delivered but I recommend that no-one fall for the promises of delivery.
I purchased a DVD for a friend May 29th and delivery took 30 days.
In order to track you're order you must download the SHOP app. No other way to track is offered. I got one email thanking me for my order than another on June 12th saying item was shipped. While they do tell you that delivery will take 8-18 days there's no information as to when that goes into effect. I also paid an extra $3 for the DVD to be in a case. Did not happen, DVD arrived in a paper DVD sleeve which means I was overcharged $3. I attempted numerous times to contact the seller. I wanted to correct the billing information which copied my friends address in spite of the fact that I unchecked the box, same as billing address. I contacted them twice via the contact form on the website. Then twice more through the help email. It turns out PayPal is the only method of payment and when I checked my account it's listed under a UK email not the Rarefliks business name. While the SHOP app notified me that the item was shipped they didn't have any tracking information either. They did say that the shipping was through Yun Express (a Hong Kong shipper?)with no tracking shown. This is a very sketchy website and there are numerous registered complaints on the Better Business website. Beware!
