After a lot of shopping around about 4 years ago now for some garden furniture. Which came with endless delays, and cancellations. Along with finally having my order delivered, it was actually too completely different sofa sets, which was supposed to be to complete a corner sofa.. that obviously got returned. Then I found a rattan Park.. such amazing quality and service. It’s still good as new today..The added bonus was that I needed a cover for it since I’ve moved House, and no longer had my pergola . I was so happy to find that you still sell that same Cambridge garden set.. so I knew that the cover would be perfect. So once again, from ordering to delivery, and obviously the product itself. Outstanding yet again.. I could not recommend rotten Park more.

We ordered a rattan sun lounger and side table and were very happy with our purchase. The delivery was efficient, and both items met our expectations. Great service and good quality products.

Fantastic furniture at a great price. So happy we chose the Cambridge Range Large Modular Sofa set plus two extra arm chairs in rustic grey. Bit of a faff assembling the arm chairs but that is a minor quibble. Highly recommended.

First class service! Sofas had to be pre-ordered & wanted to be sure that they would arrive in 2 weeks. Speedy responses to my online enquiries. Didn’t over promise to get sale but gave reassurance that order would be dealt with as a priority. It was - received within 1 week.

The Cambridge corner set with armchairs exceeded our expectations. The quality is outstanding, the cushions are incredibly comfortable, and the colour is even more beautiful than in the photos. We are absolutely delighted with our purchase and would highly recommend Rattan Park to anyone looking for high-quality garden furniture.

We had a small issue with the delivery initially, but this was nothing to do with the seller and was an issue with their shipping company. Daniel at Rattan Park was very helpful and sorted everything out for me, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything and even allowing us to buy an additional chair outside of the package to make our furniture perfect for our needs. I cannot fault us attention to his customer needs and its so refreshing to actually to deal with a real person, who actually cares.

The furniture is of a very high quality, we will definitely be using Rattan park for our furniture going forward.

Great furniture and worth the wait.
I purchased my order in 1 May hoping for an arrival in 3-5 days as advertised.
Only on receipt of the invoice did I realise that it was a pre order and I was told its arrival was the end of the month.
It arrived on 2 June. This was frustrating, especially with all the great weather we had in the last couple of weeks in May. The furniture finally arrived at the warehouse. The delivery company were fantastic and kept me informed of progress and their tracking system is excellent.
The guy who actually delivered the patio furniture was so helpful and couldn’t have been any better.
The patio furniture itself was worth the wait. First impressions are it looks good, decent quality and very comfortable. Now all we need is the weather.
RattanPark really care about their products, their customers, and their reputation.
It was frustrating to have to wait but worth it when the patio furniture finally arrived.
I would have given Rattan Park 5 stars had delivery not been delayed.

Speedy service good product

Ordered a talia corner set with two chairs and it’s the perfect size. It’s not the quality of my Nova suite but also didn’t cost as much so🤷‍♀️. Only time will tell how it measures up. I ordered the covers which when I tried them fit really well so hopefully they will protect the furniture.

Excellent customer service from both the seller and delivery company. When I had trouble with my online purchase, the gentleman I spoke with at Rattan Park was very helpful and reserved me a set of furniture which was delivered promptly. Furniture seems good quality and easy to assemble. You actually got to speak with real people!

I honestly can’t fault this company. From start to finish they were amazing! They really give you excellent customer service. Any questions and they’re on the phone.

That’s just the start. The quality of the furniture is fantastic. Even the furniture covers are such good quality. It really surpassed my expectations all round.

Excellent. Top of list for service, prise, FREE delivery and the quality is there too. Nice people to deal with.

The delivery worked well, product arrived well packaged and a limited amount of fairly simple assembly was required. My concern was that the cushions would be cheap and uncomfortable but I was pleasantly surprised that they are as described. Set looks good and no issues. I feel it was very good value for money.

The furniture is really lovely. Excellent quality and very comfy. I contacted the company as one of the covers has a small pull in it upon opening. Daniel from customer services sent not just 1 but 2 spare covers out straight away. Fantastic customer services. The furniture has transformed our garden just in time for the lovely sunny weather.

The quality of the furniture is excellent. I bought my high bar set 3 years ago and it looks as good as new. Daniel’s Customer Service was speedy and he has resolved my issue (not manufacturing fault but of our own making) speedily and efficiently. My replacement has arrived within 3 days. Im delighted. The sun has also come out so thats a bonus.

I purchased a set of patio furniture back in 2024. All delivered as planned at the time and enjoying the furniture. Friends of our have very similar furniture but paid a lot more. Reason for posting a review now is that I had an issue, of my own making, and made some enquiries to RattanPark. Instead of them advising me what to do they went and fixed the problem for me. In this day and age it’s great to see proper decent customer service. Credit where it’s due. Fair play and I’d highly recommend not just for a decent product but they’re obviously decent bunch of people too.
