I was sent the wrong size in the shoes I ordered, I ordered a size 36 and they sent size 38, so way too big.

Their site claims that they have an easy 30 day return policy but I have contacted them 3 times by email and once by their contact form for their return address and they have not replied.

Although the shoes seem as though they might be comfortable to wear I would not buy from them. They seem to be a Chinese company hidden behind an American front, which is deceiving conduct. Do not trust this company.

The company sent the wrong size- They offered me 80% discount on another pair of shoes so I requested a refund- I would end up paying more including return shipping- Horrible customer service- inferior quality of product- DO NOT Recommend this company

Received my order of two pairs of Eton flats yesterday and wore a pair today. These are supposed to be orthopedic shoes but feel more like cheap slippers with no support and did not help my foot pain. I'm wondering if I even received the shoes I ordered. They aren't exactly like the product pictured in the ads. I'm very disappointed and feel like these are a scam. I'm going to reach out Ravule and see what they say.

Edited to add: I did receive a reply from and they will not accept a return as I wore one of the pairs. No comments about the apparent lack of quality.

A person whom has had so much trouble fitting shoes after a prolonged wait to get a hip replacement,compensated so much 1 foot changed shape.
This company has helped me personally,psychologically,I can wear shoes now and my feet and lower back say Thankyou.
Highly recommended.

The wrong sizes were sent after waiting over a month. I am a US WOMENS SIZE 10. They sent 41UK. Yes I understand the sizes are close. But these were NOT. I asked to please send the US10. They would only after I returned the shoes. After so much time I had given them away. Why offer US10 if you are not going to send the correct size? I will never buy from them again. Its too bad because initially I love the wide sneakers I had received after much ado of also getting the in- correct size. China based I believe. Very disappointing!!
