Rozerhost.in is fake company. 4 months ago i got an mail about server after some time i show in my c panel some one install a unknown website after remove that website a tried to install a my website its showing error. i m from New Delhi and today i file a court case against this website and company in Delhi Dwarka Court . Now Few Words in Hindi

Do not buy any service from Razor Host they do not reply to any of the support requests.

I purchased 3 year hosting plan and with one year domain. After domain got expired i raised a ticket for the process of new domain purchase but got no responce later i raised 2 tickets but bo responce for those too. later i mailed to the given mail Id;s provided in website. later i purchased a new domain name in razorhost but already existing hosting is not linked to domain even if hosting is not expired. recently few days back i raised ticket about it but yet no responce.
There are many CONS, just few are below mentioned:
1. No Call Support,
2. No chat support,
3. No mail responce or respoce for tickets raised,
4. Even one star rating is overrated but no option is given to giv NO STAR rating.

Please i request all not to prefer razorhost, if u prefer get ready for surprises you are going to get.

bahut bekar service hai pls koi bhi na le inse server services call bhi nahi uthata or nahi mail pe replay aata hai pls 2 pese jyada dena par trusted se hi lena saste ke chakkar me mat rhna bhai log

Take any hosting plan there is no services at all, most important always sever down, please i request , every one before purchase read this, and one more request to company owner, if you are not able to provide services why u r in industry?? Close down such a stupidity that bcz of you no of customer wasting there time believe in fake company of you,

Horrible service. The server is always down. Fraud company. Only cares about initial payment and then site is always down. If any one serious about website do not take their service. Cheating peoples, No Support

Useless Web Hosting service. They don't provide support on WhatsApp/Support Ticket. The server is very unstable and my websites have been down for the last 2 weeks.

The server crashed and no help from support on whatsapp, email or tickets regarding when my site will be up. It has been a week and still uncertain about what to do.
Edit:- 25August: I did get the account recovered after about 10 days, but there was no email communication. I had to check it manually after every. few hours. Also some of my settings like ssh and git version are all messed up.

i have purchased hosting 1month ago and successfully created website using WordPress but since 8 days website is not working am getting email from company that recovery of website is on process , when i checked my razor host dashboard am getting error and showing install WordPress , my data and my website sales has been vanished . customer care number is not responding putted as busy tune.worst experience and clients are blaming for me that i have cheated them.

Very worst hosting service.i just bought hosting before few days.my website is down for 5 days no response no customer care agent will answer you , no solution on my tickets , i think my website will never come back. my request is dont use this hosting . better go for others . very very worst service
