1. I had a problem with logging in so contacted Brewin by telephone. I wasn't kept waiting! The representative of Brewin (Daisy) was very reassuring, explained what had happened very clearly, and sorted it out on the spot. She willingly stayed on the phone while I checked that I could log in.

My husband passed away a few month ago, I had terminated my late husband's phone number and needed to use my own number to access his portfolio. After I provided a solicitor-certified Grand of Probate, Brewin Dolphin allowed me access. Today at 12:08, I spoke to a gentleman, who was very kind, patient, and professional. He helped me set up my account to access the portfolio smoothly. I am very satisfied with their service.

I had an issue logging in. Customer Services were excellent and quickly rectified the issue. A very friendly call handler.

I deal with RBC a lot. My needs are not straightforward but I always manage to navigate my way through with the help of the excellent BPS team.

At 20 minutes before knocking-off time Naina cheerfully guided me through an interaction with Brewin's website that had been giving me grief. Problem quickly solved.

The audio quality was very intermittent leading to difficult understanding. We eventually agreed to give up on trying to access the new website

I had my daughters Junior ISA with them for about 3 years. S&P was up, Gold was up, FTSE was up, even keeping it all in bonds would have given a reasonable return. But her JISA was up less than 1% over the full 3 years.

If there was an issue, nobody bothered contacting us to let us know. Assuming not, there was either something shady going on or they invested it appallingly.

We transferred it to another provider in the end (HL) and it's been on an upward trajectory ever since. I will never trust this company again!

Adam Johnson is not customer centric and one of the most unsavory brokers I've had the displeasure of a conversation. Furthermore, I would question his financial acumen, and someone seeking information, Adam certainly has no customer skills sets to deal with any investor over Five figures. Adam Johnson was repulsive and smug in dealing with a family trust question and was boasting about a 2% return for year of 2026. As a seasoned investor a complete amateur could have better returns with the lowest of risk. If you're seeking out Investment advice, seek to another broker RBC, and Adam Johnson should be your last choice.
