I ordered a doll to help me with the loss of my son, this baby doll looks nothing like the picture, the hair is POORLY painted on a toddler did it, the penis on the doll looks like a floppy noodle not a penis it's scary looking and its tiny like way smaller than a real baby it took way too long to get here and it's so badly made and ugly unlike the photo of the one I bought that I just threw it in the garbage literally

Investigate before purchase. I wish could attach the image of the doll that i received. So scary to look at it. The site is a scam. The item is a trash.

I bought and received the doll before I saw these reviews, and have found these reviews are correct - the whole thing is a scam because they won't refund your money if you are unhappy with your purchase like other honest companies.

I thought I had done a pretty good job at finding a doll for my granddaughter. After a multi hour search I came across this place, dolls looked beautiful, pricy but I thought it would be worth the cost if it were as lovely as shown…. Well it is not, not by a long shot.
It’s not horrible, I mean it won’t scare my granddaughter and give her nightmares but it sure as heck is not worth the $112.00 I spent .
It’s dressed in a hideous dress that feels cheap and looks cheap. Not like an infants outfit, more like a dollar store outfit.
Doll is meh at best. If it were $15.00 I’d say o.k. But $112.00 absolutely NOT!
Don’t waste your time or money with this place , it’s a rip off .

What a RIPOFF! The doll I received is NOTHING like the one pictured. The only similarity is that they both have their eyes closed. I now believe the photo was of a real baby, and not a doll. It's probably pointless to try and return it, since it came from China. I feel very stupid but at least hope I can stop someone else from repeating my mistake.

This place is literally a scam I’m mad at myself for not reading the reviews prior to purchase. I pay $ 74.40 for a baby doll for my granddaughter and they send me a $ 5.00 dollar doll . They took forever to send the doll and when I continually asked for my money back I got excuse after excuse. Buyer please beware do not purchase any doll RBD ever!!!

Buyer beware!!!!! I’m very disappointed with the doll that was sent to my friend’s daughter for her special first birthday!!!! I feel like this was a bait & switch operation because the doll that was pictured on my order looks NOTHING like the one she received!!!! I could have gone to Walmart and found a cuter doll on the shelf! DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS Website!!!! I ordered two dolls about 3 weeks ago. They sent me a confirmation email asking me to confirm my order. I did say that the 2 dolls pictured were the dolls I wanted. I received one doll 2 days ago. Cheap doesn’t begin to describe it. The clothes were a major reason why I chose the 2 dolls. The only doll I’ve received so far was in a very different outfit than what I agreed to. The pacifier doesn’t fit in the doll’s mouth. The neck is sewn onto the body in a shoddy fashion, with a large gap visible above the clothing. The “vinyl” legs can be squeezed into a misshapen mess. The hairdo was different than the doll I chose also. The doll I received had bangs, neither doll I ordered had bangs. I’ve emailed the company that I was willing to return the doll for a full refund. They asked for pictures, I took 11. A real reborn baby should come with a COA, this one came with a “birth certificate” that you fill out yourself. It seems they will allow you to ship the doll back at your expense, being in China it requires a lot of jumping through hoops to get through customs, requiring forms in triplicate and even at that they won’t guarantee you a refund. Please, PLEASE heed these horrible reviews. This company also sells on Amazon. Warn your fellow doll enthusiasts to avoid this company AT ALL COSTS. I’m sorry I didn’t read the reviews prior to my purchase.

If I could give this less than a 1 review star I would. What an absolute rip off. I'm so angry that the excited daughter I had for this baby is now in tears because of the baby she recieved and spent her own money on is complete rubbish and plastic. She could have bought a better quality doll from the pound shop. This company should be ashamed of the products they advertise and actually provide, what a disgrace.

I have been scammed! Doll I received is nothing like the doll shown and described on the website. The doll I received is not a genuine handmade reborn doll but a cheap hard plastic factory made doll with painted on hair not hand rooted. Ghastly! Company disputes this fact and refuses to allow me to return for a refund. Avoid at all costs!!

Horrible experience. DO NOT ORDER from this company. They are a SCAM. Their product/dolls are CHEAP. The doll looks NOTHING like the picture. I am in the process of asking for a refund, but as I read the various reviews (too late) I know they will not refund my money, but I hope you read all these reviews and DO NOT ORDER from this Company.

guys its not a scam its legit because i ordered a doll from rbgdoll and its the exact same doll that i saw on the website maybe it was a scam long time ago but now its legit trust me

I ordered Alina and got a doll that looked nothing like her. After several stupid explanations from the company, I decided they won't honor the return. Yes they are scams as well as others out there that look identical. Lost $110 for an ugly doll.

I unfortunately found these reviews to late and made the mistake of ordering from this company. The doll I ordered and the doll I received are nothing alike. Total scam. Definitely not worth the money I paid for it. The doll clothes I ordered are way to small for the doll and are so cheap looking. When I contacted the company and told them that I didn’t receive the doll I ordered, they said each one is decorated by hand, so they will all look slightly different, the dolls look nothing alike. I asked for a refund and they had the cheek to say they would refund me 10% of my total order. Bait & switch con artists.

DO NOT BUY a the dolls are cheap imitations of reborn I ordered twins received only one and it’s cheap Please be warned
