Great delivery guys.

I placed an online order on September 14 for a Katana Gaming Laptop specifically because the advertised package included approximately $149 worth of additional peripherals. Those included items were a significant factor in my decision to purchase the laptop at the listed price.

At the time I placed the order, the product listing included an image of the advertised bundle and specifically stated:

Bonus Docking Station Set

1x 7 in 1 Docking Station with 512GB Storage
1x 32GB MicroSD Card with Adapter
1x Type C Data Cable
1x 3 in 1 Charging Cable
1x Suede Cleaning Cloth

The "What's Included" section also stated:

Laptop, Power Adapter, Documentation, 512GB Docking Station Set

When I arrived at the store to pick up my order, a salesperson identified as C.R. told me that the laptop did not include the advertised accessories. I explained that I had screenshots of the product page showing the exact listing and SKU I purchased, including the advertised bundle. Rather than acknowledging the discrepancy, he repeatedly insisted that the accessories were not included.

I asked whether the store could provide a $149 credit in place of the missing $149 bundle, particularly because the advertised 512GB storage hub was one of the reasons I selected this offer. Instead, C.R. eventually returned with a $39.00 9 in 1 hub that I had not requested and that was not equivalent to the advertised package.

What happened afterward is particularly concerning.

While I was still waiting in the store pickup area, I took screenshots of the product listing showing the advertised bundle. Approximately 45 minutes later, after I arrived home, I checked the listing again and discovered that the image showing the included accessories had been removed. However, the written product description still stated that the 512GB Docking Station Set was included. Other remaining product images also continued to show the 512GB hub alongside the laptop.

I also discovered that my original online order had been voided and a new in store transaction had been created instead. I did not request that my online order be voided and replaced with a new transaction. This is especially concerning given that the product listing was modified shortly after my interaction at the store.

I have screenshots documenting what the product page showed while I was physically waiting in the store, as well as evidence of how the listing appeared approximately 45 minutes later. The website continued to state that the laptop included the 512GB Docking Station Set even after the promotional image was removed.

This is not simply a misunderstanding about an accessory. I purchased a specific SKU based on the contents expressly advertised on the retailer's website. I expect the advertised bundle to be honored or, alternatively, to receive a credit equal to the advertised value of the missing items.

I am requesting a prompt review of the original online listing, the voided online order, the replacement in store transaction, and the subsequent changes made to the product page. I would also like an explanation as to why my original online order was voided without my request and why the advertised bundle was not provided.

I have retained screenshots and transaction documentation supporting the timeline described above.

I in fact did NOT receive any such discount as claimed and it does not appear anywhere on my order or transaction history. In fact when I specifically asked if the store could give me $150 off the laptop to compensate for the falsely advertised listed, I was told they could NOT give me the discount and instead came back with a hub worth $39.00 that I did not ask for. As of 9/29 the full amount of the laptop was charged with no discounts applied as claimed. I will not be reaching out to the store that basically pulled a bait and switch considering other negative reviews for this particular store on various websites state that the store manager will not respond or dodge customers in order to not take responsibility.

New tv, have always ordered from RC Willey, good quality and good customer service from the floor room, phone calls and delivery guys.

Needed a dishwasher. Accessed RC Willey online and searched. It was easy to use and to compare different models. Selected the brand and model, proceeded to checkout and had no issues selecting the promo 12 month free interest. Received confirmation of the order and shortly afterwards, received notification from the install and delivery team. A date and time was scheduled. Needed to change the day, that was easy. Received a reminder der the day before the delivery with specific i structures. The delivery was timely and the installation was clean!

I love the furniture I bought from RC Willey! The quality is fantastic, it looks great in my home, and the whole purchase process was smooth. Highly recommend!

Delivery men were courteous, friendly, professional and so helpful. They did a great job and were in and out quickly.

I ordered the vacuum online because the sales person at the store said they did not have it in stock. I went home and ordered it that same day. Imagine my surprise when the website said I could pick it up at the store that same day. Obviously the sales person was wrong! It’s too bad I had to make two trips in to get it.

I ordered a bookcase on line, completed the order, received info almost immediately regarding delivery, and then transaction was completed as planned.
