I had to do my own follow up and ordering and then was still given the run around for 3 days after saying yes to my order. I got the quote and they said to call the next day to pay for it. Unsure why I couldn’t pay for it right then and there after saying yes. Called the next day and paid. Then was told it would be ordered the following day. Not sure why it couldn’t be placed the same day. Then get a follow up after the weekend and told it will be a month until it arrives. Not impressed.

Item was scheduled to be picked up today. I called the store to make sure everything was ready and in line. The representative on the phone told me. It wouldn't be here until tomorrow. And that there's a consistent issue with floor staff and salespersonnel over promising when items will be available.And that the shipping receiving department is taking the brunt of these false statements. I think the general manager needs to have a conversation with sales representatives. Because the customer service was poor in the event of lying about availability. Salespeople had a great smile, but it's what's behind it that is frustration.

I had bought a patio coffee table-it did not do well with the first rain storm. Come to find out it wasn't an outdoor patio table even though it was on their website under the outdoor furniture. They listen do me, exchanged it for a different table. I was also notified they had corrected the listing in the website. Very nice people at customer service that help correct the problem.

Easy ordering o line & pickup was easy!! In less than a few hours I had my new purchase at home without having to go in store as I recently had surgery. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

I was happy that I could do curbside as I had my dog in the car. The delivery person had me sign the paper, put the box in the back of my car and went back into the store. I was curious of why he didn't shut my hatchback, when I looked the box would not fit. Took me about 10 minutes to move around my seats and cover and adjust the box to fit and be able to shut the hatch. Would have been nice if he would have told me. Hey this is going to be tight, we might need to adjust. Felt kind of abandoned as he ran away.

My husband and I recently had wood flooring put in our bedroom and in our closet purchased at the Layton Ut Store. The product is excellent, it is the Restoration Collection by Mannington. We have been long time customers and I am done with RC Wiley because of the delivery/install people they sent for our appliances! I have filled our homes with their furniture and they have always had great sales people ( shout out to Nick in the Layton store!) products, service! So i gave 3 stars because of the delivery! I have had to deal with this guy twice now! Horrible attitude and arrogant! The first time I didn’t say anything about the mess he left, the scratch in my new wood floor, the filthiest appearance, the dirty clothes and shoes, the climbing all over my kitchen counter and putting his dirty shoes on my salt and pepper shakers that I had to throw away! Luckily I had covered all my new floors because when I rolled up the heavy paper it was covered with dirt and rocks and I’m pretty sure they put the dents in my new fridge and the kick plate at bottom of stove. RC Wiley has taken care of us with warranty and service in the past so we always have shopped in Nevada and Utah but no more! This was so far from white glove delivery and the guy threatened me bc this time we asked for booties to be worn because I didn’t want to spend the 50$ for the expensive floor cover, but I should have!!!

I ordered my Kids new Tv's over the weekend. I was gonna have them delivered but they couldn't do delivery for a week and a half. So I figured i could go pick them up. I called the phone number for will call about 25 mins before I was heading out. By the time I arrived I only had to wait about 5 mins before them loaded the new Tv's in my jeep. They was very professional and handled them with care. Absolutely phenomenal. I definitely recommend...
