This company took it just as personal as I did. Their attention to detail a second to not. They absolutely have the customers Hopes and dreams in mind.
I cannot ask for a better experience.

My invoice was overcharged by 30% for a couple months. Noah Blackwell is the only reason I haven’t looked anywhere else.

Scam. They pretend to be a SBA's partner, and actually, formally they are, as your SBA account gives you a notice that they are interested in providing a loan (I guess SBA shall monitor what is going on with their "partner" better, as some of them are just saddling the SBA back to use SBA reputation to push their own usury loan propositions, which have nothing to do with SBA). However, they are not interested in SBA lending. Whatever you put in your app, even if you are AAA credit rated, they say that you are not eligible for SBA at this time and herd you to "Alternative FInancing Options", which, to no one's surprise, are Business Cash Advance Loans at predator interest rate and terms.

I agree 100% with all preview reviews. Total scam. Last week Cheron Smith called me and I got an email from him saying congratulations and approval. I sighed to all the docs for approval.  Today, I got an email saying "unfortunately your business failed to meet requirements in order to get an SBA loan. Cheron Smith is lier and this company is total scan. Just collecting business and personal data. so they can sell to different companies.   I don't recommend it to no one. I'm going to report this case. 

DO NOT TRUST THIS GROUP. Total scam. Applied for SBA loan. They took, without notice, the $10K from my account to pay for appraisals. They told me they had spent less than $3500 of it when they approved my loan. Once they needed a signature they started calling and emailing constantly. Since I had so much doubt, I had my attorney look at the terms of the loan. While he was doing this, ready cap kept bugging me for a signature. Mark Jackson told me to “just sign the loan. Let the attorney look at it later. Your attorney has his own agenda anyway.” My attorney does have an agenda. It’s to protect my interests. When I told Mark I wasn’t going to sign, he got mad and told me I “forfeited” the $10K, and they were going to keep it. And that’s exactly what happened. They gave me an “invoice” accounting for exactly $10K. Very convenient. Watch your wallet with this bunch.

this is a horrible company, very exhausting after they take all your valuable information, documents- its just a huge waste of time and effort spending with Ready Capital Rokas Daguela. most times , email requests for documents are very repetitive then eventually , they decline you when you have a perfect credit score, financials are higher than your requested loan amount then they just drop you !!!

I recently applied for an SBA 7a loan and provided all the documents that they requested in less than 1 week and provided all the business and personal info for collateral. I have been back and forth with this company for 5months, mostly regarding collateral. This company constantly asked for personal or business collateral that exceeded the loan value. Cant figure out why-- when SBA guarantees 75%of loan. I even asked and they agreed to lower the loan amount to match the assets that I wanted specifically used as collateral. We are right back at square one. They dropped the loan amount and they are still asking me about additional collateral that exceeds the loan value. I was told twice that my SBA score was strong but meanwhile 5 months later ....No loan. I agree that they should be removed from SBA list. My broker is even scratching his head and says that he has never encountered anything like this with this company. I know discriminatory practices are at work here, especially when I have an exceptional file. I advise women and anyone of color to avoid this company. I will be seeking legal counsel.

Someone, who I found out later was a 3rd party sales person, sold me services to file ERC tax credits. They PROMISED me I had a clear case to get credits for 3 quarters. However, Ready Cap was only able to get 1 of my 3 quarters correctly filed (2 were botched), and I only received funds for 1 quarter. I needed all 3 quarters to help my struggling business, and they were not willing to work with me on an affordable payment play. The worst part was the 3rd party they work with for sales has been saying very threatening and harassing things to me. I would never ever work with this company again. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I feel like I was scammed

SBA has no restriction against my business, they however wasted 6 weeks of my time to decline based on that we sell firearms, not only discrimination but they knew this going in. Complete garbage company!

My experience here was quite unfavorable. I put in a substantial amount but couldn’t access it and it has vanished from my account and I contacted the customer support I was told nothing could be done. Initially MønixLtd for me, is a very fast service, customer service are superb and friendly, product selection OK but overall a very good experience. I hope people don’t invest with them anymore

Ready capital is a joke SBA Should take them off their proffered Lender list. I have a 740-credit score. collateral and in business over 10 years weathered all the storms start up, covid and stayed profitable. looked at them to refinance some business dept and cosmetic improvements my new payment should have been 75% less than I'm paying now with improvement add of $200,000 and their reasoning is they don't believe business could pay from its profits the debt! They are a waste of time. and have no interest in helping people and will absolutely use no common sense! this bank is for startup companies or ones that are using leveraging one company to help another no intentions on helping small businesspeople do better.

Started the process of applying for a small business loan. Got matched with them through the sba. All their promotional materials insisted they deal in small business loan as low as 10k. Ran into some issues while submitting paperwork and called for some assistance and the person on the phone told me that they would not consider loans under 100k for funding even after I told her the information I received asking if this was a recent policy change and all she kept repeating was that if I submitted my loan request for under 100k it would be denied and she kept trying to upsell me to the 100k offering multiple times to do so. I eventually got frustrated and told her to delete my application as I would not be pursuing a loan through them. The company advertises as being accessible even for small loans and then proceeds to do this nonsense.

This guys are terrible! I attempted to get an SBA 7a Loan from them but they basically will put you in a "chokehold" in terms of their request for documentation and collateral requirements. They are the most aggressive company when it comes to requesting for documentation. It felt as if I was being strangled. They ask for the most ridiculous documents and you get a feeling that having an on-going relationship with them is going to be "hell on earth". I eventually decided to get rid of them and went elsewhere for my SBA 7 a Loan. They will act as if the "own you or your business" if you deal with them.
