A 1031 exchange is a significant financial transaction that must occur in a short timeframe. DST's are not right for everyone, and education is the key to investors understanding the pros and cons. Ultimately, what you (and all of our clients) need is the information to make informed investment decisions. High-pressure sales are the antithesis of the Realized approach-- thank you Jeff!
I'd do it again!

Good company to use
Realized 1031 was very helpful in facilitating my 1031 exchange, from the initial contact to the completion of the transaction. The web site offers a broad choice of investments, and the costs were lower than with a previous investment that I had made through a different intermediary. i experienced excellent customer service with quick responses to any questions and concerns I had. I will use this company again, when I have the opportunity to effect another exchange.

After interviewing several 1031 "experts" Realized was the most knowledgeable most helpful and most accommodating. they recommended several investment options and were knowledgeable about each sponsor. unlike other brokers that just want to push their deal of the day.

I made my first investment with Realized about a year ago. They are extremely professional and efficient in their service.
