I put one star as there wasn't a zero star option, this is without doubt one of the worst companies I've had to deal with they are complete imbeciles and have no control or contact with their courier company (Evri) the couriers have had my watch for 5 days now and I have no idea as, when or if I'm going to get it, I've emailed "The Real Watch Company" for the last 4 days to try and get some update but just keep getting fobbed off and no honest answer, I'm now trying to get a refund for a product I've not received and having the same issues as I was trying to get the watch. Never again......

Not happy I’ve received my watch today and it’s defo not real, looks and feels cheap with no weight to it! I’ve brought Armani watches before even the writing on the box is wonky which was a big giveaway 😡😡 will be reporting to trading standards

Ordered a white ceramic armarni watch for my parter came the next day she was over the moon with after a few weeks some of the stones discoloued company did not want to know would never use them again

This was a present last Xmas a Marc jacobs watch & when clocks went forward in March I didn’t put the winder back in properly, hence lost a few weeks later! I emailed RWC to ask if they did repairs after send photo they asked me to return item for repair! I have just had email confirm they have sent replacement watch! I was expect pay for repair as it was through fault of my own! First class customer service highly recommend purchasing from this company!
