Great service

I was looking for wet walls, kitchen splash backs and worktops. I called in a few times to look at products, and staff were friendly, patient and helpful. I was given samples to take home and advice about what might look best.
Products were delivered for free and arrived on time; one item was damaged and Rearo quickly resolved this by replacing the item the next day. I would use them again.

Excellent range of high quality products at competitive prices.
The sales team are great and delivery experience first rate.

Fiona made purchasing very easy great looking worktop in white snow very very reasonable compared to other places I've seen it and quality was better will be using again soon for splashback needed

Peter at rearo was very good, he was helpful, got us what we needed at a reasonable price. He went out his way to get us our splashback to match everything. He kept us up to date with our order. Would certainly recommend Rearo and Peter.

Quick and easy service to use, excellent customer service - I had to phone about delivery as an emergency had came up and it was handled brilliantly by the team. Very quick delivery too.
Actually yet to get the panels up so cannot review them as of now.
But very happy with the buying and delivery of the products.

My latest dealing was buying a single tube of sealant. I received a 'phone call telling me their driver would deliver it as he would be in the area the next day. Delivered next morning. Perfect.

Sample was sent out fast with info leaflet, exactly what I wanted. Placed order online, was called with delivery day & driver msg 1 hour prior delivery. I could also have called the day before to narrow it down to a.m. or p.m. so great customer service, panels up & look fab

We were speculatively visited by Jonathan Wilson (area sales representative), who oversaw our purchase, and also provided some very useful and gratefully received notebooks, pens & brochures. Jonathan was easy to talk to and provided loads of useful & accurate supply information & advice. We had previously purchased from Rearo, and will definitely be re-purchasing products again.

I Have had a installation of wet wall panels that have appeared to delaminat.
I have been installing wet wall panels for years and never seen anything like this from this company or any other brand that I have used.
But on this occasion it appears that the fault lies entirely with the installation. According to Rearo.
As a company they will not admit that there Products could have a fault in any way
There inspector just wanted to blame everything on the installer, rather than say that there could be a problem wilth the panels.
The information that he passed back to his office was also incorrect and he failed to provide answers and photographs or videos that shows all the defective areas.
The office that he reports to have no idea of the extent of the problem, as he has failed to correctly pass back information that is critical in making a proper assessment.
On a call to there office the Sales person said, I can't make a assessment as I haven't seen all the information ( that he should have been given from there own inspector) and that I should seek leagal aid for advice and pay for a independent inspection from a third party.
Sadly as a small independent company I feel that they are trying to fog me off and put me in a position where i have no where else to turn,
