Scam
Scam - ordered a macbook pro - came dead on arrival, in a loose box, then they started asking me if the charger is ok when i complained about it (it was their charger and the device is still not working), and its been 2 weeks since they said the device will be collected so i can ask for a refund - the return pickup was supposed to be yesterday and you guessed it, there was no pickup. They keep postponing the request for a refund for a dead on arrival device. Every time you ask for help a diferent person name replies. It will most likely have to be a lawsuit to get the money back. Avoid at all cost !!

We apologize for the issues with the device. As with any Reborn device, you have 30 days to return the device if you are not satisfied with it and one year warranty.
The pickup was ordered for 7.1. (as you agreed), but sadly the courier company didn't fulfill the order and as we have communicated to you, we immediately contacted the company about the delay. According to our information, the pickup was successful on 9.1. We again, sincerely apologize for the two day delay. You communicated with two of our employees, both are completely qualified to answer any questions you may have.
Once we receive the device, we will inspect it and of course issue a refund.

the phone i bought s21 ultra crashes on basic features like going to crop a shortcut switching camera settings and just watching youtube this happens multiple times a day and i kina wana return it since im still in the free return window

Pixel 8 Pro iz 2023 g
Odabrani mobitel Pixel 8 Pro iz 2023 g. je imao oznaku C za stanje što znači potencijalne tragove korištenja i eventualna mala oštećenja. Prihvatio sam rizik, platio karticom i primio ga nakon 7 dana. Mobitel je u vrlo dobru stanju. Maska je pokrila sve ogrebotine sa strane a ekran je savršen kao nov. Baterija je na min 80% kapaciteta. U 30 dana probnog roka nisam mu našao zamjerku i ostaje kod mene do daljnjeg.

Zanesljiv in enostavno nakup
Nakup obnovljenega iPhona je potekal brez težav. Opis naprave je ustrezal dejanskemu stanju, naročilo in plačilo sta bila preprosta. Prednost je tudi 1-letna garancija v Sloveniji, kar daje dodatno zaupanje. Dostava je bila hitra, izkušnja pozitivna.

Neresna prodaja
Pri narocanju in placilu izbranega telefona je potekalo vse O. K, nato pa je naslednji dan prislo obvestilo, da izbranega telefona ni. Ponujajo sicer nekaj nadomestnega, a se mi zdi tako poslovanje neresno.

Hi... Na vaši strani sem videl da če prinesem moj telefon ki je vse vredu z njim nic poškodovan samsung s21 5g črna barva 3 leta v uporabi nič razbit baterija je v zelo dobrem stanju itd da mi odštejete ceno od telefona ali so to novi telefoni ali popravljeni

Za možnost odkupa se je potrebno v poslovalnici oglasiti z napravo in osebnim dokumentom (odkup je mogoč samo od polnoletnih oseb) ter bomo v poslovalnici preverili ali je naprava primerna za odkup ter kakšna bi lahko bila odkupna cena.
Naši telefoni Reborn so pa obnovljeni rabljeni telefoni.
