I decided to treat myself to an Olympic bar and plate set after lockdown rather than go back gym and was not disappointed , the service was fantastic from recharge as they did me a great deal and the delivery was prompt and all was as described , will defo continue to invest through recharge fitness

I recently purchased a set of new and imperfect dumbbells from Recharge Fitness. Extremely pleased with the equipment and service. Apart from the new dumbbells coming in a box, I can barely tell the difference between the new and the imperfect. Great value purchase.

I ordered a large set of dumbbells. They arrived in immaculate condition. Very pleased with the quality of them. The delivery was amazing, arrived next day. The driver called ahead so I could get home in time to receive the delivery. Really couldn't be happier! Will definitely be ordering from them again.

My partner Greg has been dreaming about having his own home gym for months now. He contacted this company and was so excited to spend time curating it (and spend a considerable amount of money on it too). He spoke to someone and they discussed some options with him and said they would send him a bespoke quote with a package that might work for him that same afternoon (Wednesday). He didn’t hear back so he emailed and rang the number leaving a message on the Friday. He then called back on Monday and was told that the delay was due to an unfortunate accident with a phone being broken. He was told the quote would be with him on Monday night. He has called back today, Tuesday, to be told that the quote had been sent via email and wondering why he didn’t receive it. Given that he had initially enquired via email the company should have the correct email address.

He is now really disappointed as he was excited and looking forward to planning the gym and having the equipment in as soon as possible. I hate seeing him disappointed and I don’t think that the customer service bodes particularly well for future business transactions.

Highly recommend Recharge Fitness! Have now ordered from them a number of times and been impressed with the quality, fast delivery and clear communication. I have spoken to them over the phone previously to discuss an order and found they were clearly passionate about fitness, their business and customer satisfaction.

Great products and really quick delivery. Ryan helped through the process of designing my garage gym and going through all the equipment I wanted. Got more things to add now and will be giving them another call for more stuff. Great company and great service !

I ordered a 7ft bar on 26MAR. It arrived at the courier's depot 01APR and didn't move from there for days. I called the courier on 08APR and they told me the bar was damaged. I emailed Recharge several times and none of the emails received a reply. I called many times and twice the phone was answered. Both times I was told a replacement would be shipped. Last conversation I was promised a call back which was never returned. I have submitted a section 75 claim with my credit card company in the hope that they will refund me, and ordered an alternative from Amazon.

I was planning to spend circa £2k with Recharge when my garage was ready for a power rack etc - of course that £2k is now destined for someone else.

UPDATE - The day I submitted the review, Recharge called me and arranged a refund - I've revised the review from 1 star to 2 stars and cancelled the Section 75 claim with my credit card company.

UPDATE - the refund was received with a few days. Recharge called me to confirm the refund had been received and to apologise for the experience and to tell me that they've discussed this review as they are personally invested and want to learn from it, this is their first "bad" review.

In light of this customer centric follow up and the prompt refund, I've increased the review to 3 stars. I think it's important for people to know that Recharge will see it through if you do have a problem and that you're best to call them and speak to them.

Ordered the coloured bumper plates and barbell package. I requested the black zinc OLY barbell instead of the standard one and received both the plates and barbell within 2 weeks of ordering which is a fantastic turnaround considering other companies are struggling with Covid shortages and severe delays.

Both plates and bar are of exceptional, commercial gym quality and look fantastic.

Extremely satisfied with my purchase, especially as the price was very reasonable compared to other suppliers.
