The worst accounting software available!
The worst accounting software we have ever used! Slow, clunky, poor servers used to hold the daata means slow operating for you which means a huge loss of time and production that this company do not care about as the CEO nis on a beach somewhere collecting your monthly payments they scam out of us wiyh the promise of a decent product - DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT! Its is not worth the money!

Terrible Experience: Avoid at All Costs!
I couldn't even use my account because I couldn't activate it. Despite this, they went ahead and charged me for 3 months of service that I never even got to use. When I called their customer service, they told me to email for assistance. Well, it's been ages and I still haven't heard a peep from them.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. There are plenty of other options out there that not only offer better service but also make it easier to get help when things go wrong. Trust me, you'll thank yourself for not wasting your time and money here.

I've spoken with our Customer Service team in regard to the feedback raised in your review for an understanding on what's happened here.
To clarify, much like other services eg. Netflix, Amazon Prime etc, billing for Reckon One will continue until you cancel it. Cancelling a Reckon One subscription can be actioned at any time from within your Reckon One account or by contacting our team.
Unfortunately, in this instance as you haven't chosen to cancel your subscription you've been billed for the period you have had access to the service. We cannot provide a refund in this case.
A member of our Customer Service team will give you a call for a chat and outline this in more detail.

Comments on both contacts I have had.
Both contacts I have had were very helpful. My only negative point was that the phone connection was not very clear, with regular short cutouts and clicking happening. This makes things a little difficult when trying hard to understand an English dialect you are not familiae with, while also trying to understand a system one is not familiar with. But your personnel are very aware of speaking too fast and patiently tried to speak as clearly as possible to this computer tech novice. I thank them for their patience with me. Marie Peard.
