Reclamet (Holdings) Limited Bewertungen

From beginning to end a very pleasant experience. First of all, when I called a clear quote which they kept to; they then paid after collection (same day). Second, the vehicle was collected for scrap (sad day as children learnt to drive in it) in the time window they said. Third, the collection guy was very polite and efficient. Finally, the certificate of destruction came through quickly. I could not have asked for a more efficient process. Highly recommend.

Really easy transaction and great communication, just a very straight-forward process. Always did everything they said they would, at the time they said!

I’m a single wonen and feel a bit vulnerable selling my car , the whole experience was 5stars from the lady in office to the friendly driver . Got my money the same day .
Thank you ( jade Nissan dci )

Used Reclamet for the first time today after previously dealing with a competitor.

Booking staff were really friendly and helpful, they advised me of estimated collection time on the day and answered any questions I had.

Driver phoned in advance on day, really nice guy.

Payment in account within a couple of hours with a full receipt given.

Really impressed with the whole experience, would recommend to all!!

Having only ever part exchanged cars, I was unsure of what to do. I enquired with a national company who buy any cars and instantly found that with Reclamet the initial quote process was easier and simpler, with a no pressure quote for the vehicle that was better than alternatives. There was also the benefit of free collection, the next day and no hidden fees.

Sian dealt with my quote and the booking and was fantastic. She made the whole process so simple with no fuss or pressure. The lorry turned up the next day and the driver was incredibly cheerful, helpful and friendly. Within 5 minutes the car was gone and payment was received by bank transfer the same day.

To summarise, the important bits for me were no pressure from the quote, no hard sell, no hidden fees and payment the same day all from friendly people who seem to care about their customers. I would highly recommend and use them again, without question.

I contacted Reclamet about scrapping my car. Sian was very helpful, friendly and really did her best to accommodate. I received the money into my bank account on the same day the car was collected and I received a good price. I would also like to mention the chap who picked my car up. I didn't get his name, but he was also very friendly and professional.
Thank you for all your help.😁

Dealt with Reclamet a few times now to scrap car. Sian was extremely helpful and very efficient in responding to emails, arranging for collection and was paid same day of collection.

Can’t fault the customer service, lorry driver was a nice guy too! Will definitely do business with Reclamet again, never had a problem since I first used them a few years back.

Thank you for all your help Sian! ☺️

The service I received from Reclamets was far from bad I could not fault them at all. I had contacted themselves to scrap my car and I had a quote with in 48 hours of contacting and once agreeed on price was then scheduled to be picked up the next day. But honestly they have such good customer service and I will be using them again in the future if I have to scrap another car

Helped me scrap my car and made the process super simple and efficient 👍🏼

1st class service. It was so easy to organise, and all the communication was so friendly and professional. A pleasure to use this company. Definitely a 5☆ company.

Brilliant service and really helpful staff were polite and friendly and picked my car up the next day reccomend them to anyone that needs help disposing of a vehicle

From start to finish the service was so professional and hassle-free. From the lady I originally made the booking with to collection driver everyone did exactly what they said they would do. Payment was made quickly and communication was great. Well done, I’m a very happy customer.

Kelly Jenkins came across as very helpful and professional which in turn made her very trustworthy compared to the company that let us down previously with the collection of our scrap car.

Sian from Reclamet was so helpful, sadly my car was beyond repair, so I contacted Reclamet to seek advice. Sian explained everything to me and assisted with the process. The car was collected the next day and payment received. I will definitely recommend this company

The gentleman with the red hair was on time, polite, courteous and couldn’t have been nicer
(Sorry- can’t remember your name!)

Very good service. Really helpful and polite staff.

Efficient and professional customer service from the get-go. Careful and friendly upon collection of our end-of-life car. Many thanks.

Rude, unless your car is scrap I wouldn’t bother, even then there are much better places to go

Getting my car off the road after it died was made very easy by Reclamet.
Even though the car was stranded on a busy street, they took it off within minutes of arriving.
Was easy to book and communcation was very good, from start to finish.
Money was in my account quick. Made a potnetially stressful situation a breeze.

Collected my car for scrappage. From start to finish excellent service.Staff were professional and courteous.
Picked it up the same day.The driver was very polite and helpful,he didn't have an easy job getting it onto the trailer having to use a winch and at an awkward angle but did it brilliantly,so well done. Also respectful of my property and passing pedestrians. Many thanks.
