Reclamet (Holdings) Limited Bewertungen

I have nothing but positive feedback for Reclamet. We were in a very difficult situation when our truck broke and would have cost a lot to repair. Lydia was brilliant at assisting us, made a very stressful situation a little less easier. Thank you Reclamet!

Awesome efficient service.Car was collected early and payment received timeously...Would definitely recommend!

Scrapping a van for the TFL scrapage scheme which can be a stressful process.

The whole team Reclamet have been absolutely wonderful ! I must make a special mention of Sian who had gone that extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly .

Many thanks to everyone involved.

The experience from start to finish was flawless !

Faultless service from Grace and Siân, from immediate response to initial enquiry, to arranging a drop off of my van, to producing a Certificate of Destruction within minutes. TfL then responded same day to approve the ULEZ scrappage grant. Highly recommended Reclamet !

After a disastrous day at the tail end of 4 years of poor treatment by dealerships, I reluctantly called Reclamet to collect my car for scrap. They offered me a decent price, and arranged collection around me! After collection there were a couple of enquiries that needed sorting; every member of staff I spoke to was so lovely and obliging. Could not be happier. I know that they will profit from my car but I’m happy for that to happen and while I hope, in the nicest way possible that I don’t have to use them again, I would definitely recommend

I don’t normally leave reviews but I have to say I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a company that really does what it says it does on the tin so we’ll.
Scrapped my daughters car this morning collected without any fuss by a professional polite driver.
Then needed info off the V5 phoned and was helped out straightaway two professional women.
Paid out instantly.
Thank you

Not having scrapped a car before I was unsure of the process. Reclamet were superb, right from the initial telephone call providing a quote they were extremely professional and helpful, the car was collected at the time agreed and the process was so straight forward. The funds were paid into my bank on the same day and the communication at all times was first class. Thank you for making the process so easy for me!

Absolutely recommend Reclamet, they were very polite, helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. Customer services was superb.

I recently had my car removed for scrapping by Reclamet in Birchington, kent. The service was exceptional in every way, from initial contact through to satisfactory conclusion. Reclamet were prompt, clear, very courteous and communicative, and made a rather trying process easy and straightforward. FULL MARKS!

Highly recommend using reclamet ltd, recently scrapped my van with them and it was fast, stress free and professional.
thanks again!

Absolutely faultless, professional service from start to finish. Emails to Sian were usual answered within 30 minutes, and she was able to answer questions on the spot, in contrast to TfL, who generally needed 10 working days to respond to even the most basic queries. As time was short to provide evidence of the car being scrapped, pickup was arranged to be the first collection of the following day, and the certificate of destruction was in my email inbox, and the agreed payment in my bank account, by the end of that same day. I cannot recommend Reclamet highly enough.

Excellent customer service, quick fast collection, gave the amount quoted. Highly recommend.

Really good service, reliable and stayed in touched would recommend

The whole experience was easy from start to finish, with friendly, helpful and polite staff

Sometimes it's not what you do, but how you do it. Kris arrived on time, introduced himself and explained the process. He was probably one of the most lovable people we've met. His infectious character gave us the confidence and reassurance that the service reclamet offer was going to be good. What a wonderful man,and thank you for your excellent service.

From the second I made a quote to the second they picked my car up, they were very helpful, understanding and very co-operative! Even had to cancel last minute to the next day and it wasn't an issue for them! Got paid the same day they collected the vehicle and was an easy exchange! Definitely recommend!
