Honestly I was surprised at the high quality of my machine. It was in excellent used condition and perfect for my needs. I didn't want to spend $1000's on a laptop, so I opted for reconditioned and I am not disappointed. It is a great way to get a high grade laptop that might be a few years old for a great price.

When purchasing items from any business its not just the quality and pricing its the after-sales service that makes all the difference. When things go wrong its how the supplier treats you and your concerns. I'm not going to state I had anything go wrong because it was fixed very quickly, so all I will say is that I had a problem and Recompute had a imediate solution, and so there was no problem :-). The specs of the laptop I bought weren’t 100% clear on the website. But once I received it and realised it wasn’t exactly what I wanted, I contacted them and they were very helpful in swapping it over and rectifying my issue.

We stick with them as every product we have purchased has been really good value. Once when I had a problem Francis was right onto it and nothing is too much trouble. Laptop arrived safe and well, and is exactly what I hoped it would be. The supplied charger was able to run the laptop, but not charge the battery (which was odd). A short email, with the relevant details, to recompute, and the next day a new charger was on its way. The new charger works perfectly. Great service.
