Terrible employers

This company sells the idea of a “dream job,” but the reality as an employer is extremely concerning.

A close friend of mine worked with them under unacceptable conditions, he was expected to work seven days a week with no clear limits on working hours, and was contacted as early as 6am for work-related demands. The situation became unsustainable and negatively impacted his well-being, which is why he decided to leave.

After resigning, they failed to pay him for the time he had already worked. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no resolution. I had previously posted a review about this some weeks ago, and they told him that if I removed it, they would proceed with payment, which did not happen!

Instead, they attempted to make him sign an agreement with clear inconsistencies: a lower amount than what was actually owed and payment in installments over a month. When he requested fair corrections, all communication stopped.

From my perspective, this felt like a deliberate attempt to delay and avoid fulfilling a basic obligation.

I strongly recommend exercising extreme caution. Based on this experience, this is not a company I would consider trustworthy.

Wonderful Experience if you value your next career move

I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with Dynamic Recruitment Consulting (DRC) genuinely deserves one.

After being laid off from a Fortune 500 company after nine years, I spent months applying on my own, getting automated rejections, and seeing little traction. With ATS filters and hundreds of applicants per role, the process quickly became discouraging.

I was skeptical about DRC at first, especially given the investment, but after doing my research and speaking with the team, I decided to move forward — and I’m glad I did.

What impressed me most is that DRC isn’t an “auto‑apply” service. It’s a true concierge. They handled applications, tracking, interview prep, and strategy, but more importantly, they brought a human element that most services lack. The team was professional, responsive, and organized from day one, which gave me confidence early in the process.

The consistency of applications, the quality of interview preparation (especially the 30‑60‑90 day framework), and the overall structure made a noticeable difference. I went into interviews far more prepared, intentional, and confident.

Within about two months, I sharpened my interview skills and received two strong offers. The role I ultimately accepted came with a high six‑figure salary and a much better long‑term fit.

The experience was strong enough that I’ve already recommended DRC to a colleague.

Another standout is that their support doesn’t end when you get the offer. Their “90 Days of Excellence” plan helps ensure a smooth transition and a strong start, which shows they’re invested in long‑term success, not just placements.

This service isn’t for everyone, but if you’re a serious professional who values your time and wants a structured, effective approach to landing the right role, DRC is absolutely worth considering.

I hired Dynamic Recruitment Consulting…

I hired Dynamic Recruitment Consulting at a transitional moment in my life, I was relocating from Tampa to Nashville, and I knew I didn’t have time to manage an effective job search on my own. I chose DRC’s Premium Career Concierge package, and from day one the team was incredibly responsive and on top of every detail. Their structured approach to resume writing and information gathering helped me communicate my experience more clearly, and having them handle the full application process removed a huge amount of stress.

The mock interview coaching was especially valuable. They gave me honest, direct feedback that made a real impact in my interviews. I also appreciated their payment model of half upfront and half only after landing the job.

My experience with DRC

Working with Udochi, Erica, Dalianny, and the entire DRC team has been one of the best career decisions I’ve ever made. I was initially hesitant because the program is a real investment, but it paid off faster and bigger than I imagined.

In about 2.5 months, I went from uncertainty to having multiple interviews, several strong opportunities, and ultimately a job offer that far exceeded my past salary. In today’s market, I genuinely didn’t expect that kind of jump, but the team fought for me every step of the way, especially during salary negotiations.

What surprised me even more is the ongoing support even after getting hired. Through my 90-day excellence period, they’ve been checking in, offering guidance, and helping me navigate the tougher moments of the transition. It feels like having a professional team in your corner at all times.

While I have not hired the services of…

While I have not hired the services of Dynamic Recruitment Consulting, I have had the opportunity to develop a professional relationship with the founder, Udochi D. Okoro. Udochi is one of the members of an organization I founded called Entrepreneur House, an invite-only global community designed for high-performing entrepreneurs with 7, 8, or 9 figure businesses who are carefully vetted for excellence.

Based on my experiences with Udochi, I can say with confidence that he embodies our three core values: 1) service-driven generosity, 2) integrity and accountability, and 3) authenticity. When I first reached out to Dynamic…

When I first reached out to Dynamic Recruitment Consulting, I wasn’t sure how effective they could be given my unique background. I was born in Colombia, raised and educated in Miami where I studied Marketing at Florida International University, and after several years of running a marketing agency that helped South and Central American companies grow their markets in the United States, I was seeking career opportunities in Europe.

With DRC’s support, I now hold a diplomatic post based in Paris, France and regularly travel to NATO headquarters in Brussels, Belgium where I advocate for economic interests that benefit my home country of Colombia. The journey from where I started to where I am today has been remarkable, and I credit much of that progress to DRC’s guidance.

I was initially drawn to DRC because of the international background of its founder, Udochi, his relentless commitment to seeing challenges through to completion, and the dedicated support of team members like Erica and Olivia. Highly recommend

I had a fantastic experience with Dynamic Recruitment Consulting and their Career Kickstarter Kit! Udochi and the team provided incredible support throughout my job search, and I was genuinely impressed with the value they delivered for the $500 price tag.
