I Reseived my order in good time my only concern is that other stickers I wanted were only made available if I ordered 25 and as I am a householder and not a business I only needed 1 of each if you could take this into account when selling your stickers

Unfortunately, although we do offer customisations to stickers, there is a minimum print run, due to the time it takes our team to customise the stickers and the requirements from the printers. We are not a sticker printing company and I have checked well-known sticker printers and even they would have minimum order quantities for custom stickers.
I am sorry that we couldn't help more on this occasion

Wow what a great experience
Wow what a great experience working with the team at Recycling Bins - Especially Dean who helped us through the full design process, getting back to us in a timely manner and nothing was ever too much (Even after what seemed like a 100 edits!)

We are still waiting for the second part of our order. This has been very frustrating because we choose you due to availability of next day delivery for a community project we were running.

Unfortunately, we did not have enough stock to fulfil your order. We informed you of this within three hours of you placing your order. We offered to dispatch what we had in stock to you on a next working day service with the remainder to follow.
Your colleague had replied saying this was fine and to dispatch the full amount when we can. We were not aware these were urgent because if we were aware we could have offered and supplied alternatives, and these could have been with you in the required timeframe. As we mentioned in the original email, these are due to us this week; we will dispatch them directly to you as soon as they are.
I understand that not having the full level you had ordered must be annoying and for this, we apologise. We do our best to keep as much stock as is practical, however, in this situation, our suppliers have let us down. This item was on backorder for a while. I am sorry that our levels of service, price and communication did not warrant more than a one-star review.

This is our first time ordering from recyclingbins.co.uk. We had some trouble with delivery, with the order being returned to the supplier. Adam promptly arranged re-delivery (as he could see the courier had tried to deliver outside of our opening times). Fantastic customer service and we will be returning to place future orders.
