Page that items I ordered and still have not received them apparently they got delivered but left on the doors of apparently and I still not had nothing back through after I sent them emails explaining I've not received anything and I paid for it already so you know I'm not happy and I won't recommend you with anyone else because he's still not sent me an email back from the email I sent you four days ago

The staff are excellent and so friendly and helpful. I would and have recommended Red Box Vape to several others.

I have purchased The quadro device this was advertised that the device comes with charger. Once I received my order the quadro didn’t come with charger as expected. I have emailed and I was told sorry this device doesn’t come with a charger, I have replied to they email and stated what was advertised on the website,
I have send a follow up emails requesting an answer but it was ignored.
Misleading and poor communications.
I won’t be shopping with them anymore.

Bought elf bar vapes these where meant to be 600 puffs they last a few hours then die there’s no way they are 600 .

No replies to complaint emails so Lola like a company that takes your money and has zero customer service .

Won’t be using again and will be seeking a full refund .

Awful - sent expired vapes even though it never stated that the ones I ordered was expired.

I ordered vapes before vape ban kicked in and this should have been delivered last Saturday but no I am still waiting and apparently Royal mail are destroying these items.I have contacted you with little response and I am £30 out of pocket because you either don't care or you are afraid to contact courier,Try using evri for your deliveries.You don't even offer a refund policy!.I Will not order from you again as you are unable to resolve issues but happy to take the money!absolute disgrace!!

Happy with the bargain price for the disposable vapes but the first two I opened didn't work, the third one did, hopefully no more duds in my job lot.

Never used Redbox previously but I will certainly use them again.

Easy to use website and the vapes always arrive quickly safely and well packaged I stocked up on the fuyl lemon tart vapea that are no longer available to buy am so pleased I managed to get so many before they ran out. Great prices and free delivery made the experience a lot better too. I trust red box vape bur sadly won't be back as I can't buy disposable vapes anymore.

Being a heavy smoker, I want to give up tabbacco due to health issues, looking on line and came across theses,the flavours are great,I found that I don't need the tabbacco any more, but would like to have 20mg nitone,to start off with then go lower on negitone
