I love the vapes and the delivery is…
I love the vapes and the delivery is fast and efficient (apart from the one delivery that had been steamed open and 2 of the vapes were missing.
The only thing I'm disappointed with us that I usually order 20 vapes at a time and there is always at least 2 that don't work.
My last order has so far had 4 that are not working and I still have about 5 left of the original 20.
I would also like to know how to redeem my points as I can't seem to do it when ordering.

Since November, I have 2 separate outstanding issues regarding either vapes that do not work, or recieved vapes that are nearly a year past expiry date (not advertised as expired).
No contact from customer services when I email, it's like they don't exist anymore.
Novembers issue, I could put down to a one off, but January's issue, where 13 out of 17 vapes were expired, most on April 2024, and not a twinkle of getting the problem resolved, has led me to this review.
