Great first impression which continues.
THE SERVICE - Ordered from eBay but received premium service. Red Box Vape kept me in the loop for the whole journey from order to delivery and the order of 10 disposables was packed safely.
With a previous order, Royal Mail was being troublesome and not honouring online redelivery instructions. I contacted Red Box Vape to inform them of the problem & though over the weekend, I was connected first thing Monday and advised that RBV has lodged a complaint along side mine.
THE PRODUCT - Being a newbie to vaping I ordered a number of disposables, RBV had a discount for a volume order which made the price more affordable. All product packaging was in great condition and the vapes were original & sealed. The SMOKs were larger than expected but all for the good as they are excellent for my big hands. Protective silicon caps top and bottom help keeping the vape clean, clear & protected from pocket fluff and clutter. The taste is good, fresh or fruity as applicable and the 600 puff devices last long enough to be impressed.
OVERALL - A repeatable experience from a company who offer quality products at reasonable prices and take their business & customer service seriously.
