I had a really bad experience with this investment platform. After depositing a significant amount, my account was suddenly blocked without any clear reason or explanation. I contacted support multiple times, but they only sent generic replies and kept saying my case was “under review.”
Weeks went by with no progress, and I was beginning to lose hope. Fortunately, I eventually found professional help that guided me through the process of recovering access to my account and withdrawing my funds.
The entire situation was stressful and unprofessional. I would strongly advise anyone considering this platform to be extremely cautious and do thorough research before investing.
I became a customer of RedCapital partners in December 2024 by investing $20000 in their advertised 6.3% CD. They stopped posting dividends in June, their tel # did not respond
to my calls, the website Redcapital partners has no existence anymore. I read reviews of other people here having the same experiences and I don't know what to do now. Did they move to another website? Looks like I lost my investment to fraudulent scammers. Does anyone have any suggestions how to deal with TAX issue in connection to my financial loss due this fraud?
Phone numbers not working. I have reached out and still can't get anyone to respond by e-mail.
My reimbursement issues were finally resolved when the name on my pics on the letter head made the process smooth and stress free
Invested money in Dec 2024 - never received interest payments on time, always had to log a suppor tticket or speak with Charlotte. Tried to get our interest out using ACH transfer in May 2025 - money left our account and have no idea where it is. And now nobody answers email or support tickets, and their phone line has been disconnected. I believe this is a scam company based on actually being a customer. I had high hopes - but later realized that all of their reviews on their FB page are from people with no other friends or photos. Accounts seem to be fakes. I'm almost certain they are not actually physically located in the office building that is listed on their website. I will be taking legal action against Red Capital Partners to get my funds returned. Red Capital Partners - if you read this please contact me....
I invested $40,000 in a 7.41% 12-month CD in October 2024. It was not an “intuitive” process, and I needed assistance several times. (I’m actually not stupid just FYI.)
I waited for confirmation, which didn’t come for several weeks. Then, out of nowhere and with no notice, the $40,000 was redeposited into my bank account on December 24—two days ago.
I asked what had happened, and was told that I should invest again on their new platform. I’m just not comfortable doing that. Red Capital has been neither transparent nor communicative, and I’m just glad I got my money back.
I just wish I’d also received my 2 months of interest.
My response to Red Capital:
The only person I ever spoke with was Charlotte. When I missed a call from her, I called her back. I check my spam folder once or twice a day, and did not receive any emails from Red Capital, nor did I receive any texts or voicemails.
When I realized I couldn’t do the full $50,000, I told Charlottes I understood my interest rate would be lower. She told me Red Capital was okay with keeping it at the higher rate. I never asked for that, and I was surprised at the offer.
I’m glad you have a new platform, but I’m not interested in trying again. Thank you.

Red Capital truly simplifies the savings process. The rates are competitive, and the registration was a breeze.

This platform makes saving so convenient. I love that I don't have to manage multiple accounts anymore. Everything is centralized and secure.

Red Capital may be a scam.
The website advertises Certificates of Deposit (CDs) with extremely high APYs that seem unrealistic compared to market rates. When it's too good to be true...
Clicking a link on the site redirects to Raisin.com, a legitimate financial platform, but this appears to be a tactic to lend credibility to their site.
Their Facebook page includes reviews supposedly from customers, but the photos appear to be stock images or from people with different names, raising doubts about their authenticity.
The people leaving glowing reviews here on Trustpilot only have one review (as of 11/18/2024), and it's for Red Capital.
There are too many red flags. Proceed with extreme caution.
Edit: I just checked the footer on their website, and as of yesterday or today, they’ve removed all references to their supposed "bank partners," including Thread Bank and Community Federal Savings Bank. This happened right after I reported them. Why? You already know the answer!

I am a new prospective client with Red Capital...I have not yet funded my CD Account....I am a bit concerned as in a scheduled phone call from/with your automated agent "Rebecca" I was given an address and phone number in Philadelphia where I could open an account in person. That phone number is not in service, and before investing into a CD for 12 months I am looking to perform some due diligence first. I would like to have a conversation with a live person before going further. Thank-you.
