Great host, Paul, who shared all details clearly, testing us along the way. He imparted lots of knowledge and helped build confidence in administering First Aid

Everything was delivered in a relaxed and informative style.

Our tutor explained everything clearly, and taking part in demonstrations, rather than just being talked at, really helped with understanding how to act. I will now be looking after my grandson calmly and with much more confidence, knowing that I am able to deal with difficult situations

I had a fabulous three day course with three very knowledgeable trainers.

I enjoyed all aspect's of the course and would highly recommend the training.

Very informative first aid course, covered all the basics needed to be a first aider in a small company, everything was clearly explained and checked everything was understood before moving onto the next module. The whole course was presented in a pleasant manner. This is the second course i have had with the same gentleman and would highly recommend him.

I attended the Emergency First Aid at work course as part of my role as Office Manager for a roofing company, it was a very male heavy room with other people from the trades which initially was a little doubting however, the trainer was great and helped with breaking the ice with getting everyone engaged. She explained everything really well and then we worked on the practical stuff in small pairs or groups. I left the course feeling a lot more confident then when I started and would recommend one of these courses for everyone. Such good practical skills we could all benefit in and out of the workplace. Also, the training was in Reading and it mentioned parking being an issue on the website, this was not an issue at all thankfully.

Was a very good. Venue, the facilitator was spot on she delivered the course is such a professional manner I was well impressed . Would Really recommend Redd cross

Course Brilliant, Venue Reasonable.
I found Richard an excellent instructor and the content to be helpful and relevant.
However, the room in the venue used was not clean, which would have been helpful, considering we were using the floorspace for physical activity.

Very engaging trainer, course material was laid out clearly with good reference to course handbook

I have to say that the Trainer Nay was amazing. The way she carried out the training was fun but very informative. Nay made time to explain and help us understand anything we didn't understand.
What let it down was that Nay was covering for sickness for 2 days and got stuck in traffic (her delay was not her fault) On the third day as she knew she was covering she was on site early.
I would recommend the course as the content was very good. My only issue was the delay in informing the trainer to cover the course.

The mix of people and backgrounds made for an interesting course. It was relaxed, inclusive, hands on and very practical. Because of this I was able to learn and practice new skills to give me confidence should I ever need to use my training. The trainers knowledge, (Brad), was excellent, his questioning did not make me feel I was being put on the spot, just having a conversation about what I was dealing with. A hugely enjoyable experience around a very serious subject.

The instructor was passionate, knowledgeable and worked hard to bring the best out of the group. Everyone was able to refresh their knowledge at a comfortable pace and leave feeling confident in their skills.

It was the best, first aid course I have been on and I have been on a few.
It was educational, fun and very enjoyable.
