Amazing team from start( enquiry) to finish (delivery), very professional and efficient. I needed specific tiles in 3 days time, i emailed them in the evening to enquired about the delivery and early in the morning someone called me promising me a specific day for delivery, that they have the quantity that i need it and almost half of the price from everyone else. Thanks Gary .

Our delivery arrived with 13 breakages over 2 boxes. I phoned Redec and spoke to Gary who immediately apologised - asked for photos and promised replacement box within 2 days - which I received undamaged

I was really impressed with service they offered.
I order by mistake for collection rather than delivery. They found really quickly that I live too far to collect so gave me a call to check if it was a mistake with my order. Then shipping was sorted within minutes and I received my order on the next day. As goods I ordered were fragile, I was concerned if they would be delivered in one piece but all was perfect and quality of products was great. Really recommend this company!

Easy to use site and excellent price for the bbq charcoal

I found Redec when looking for Kamado Joe Big Block charcoal. The price was lower than anyone else and way below Amazon. Bought three bags for what two would have cost on Amazon. I had a confirmation email from Redec then regular order updates from the courier. I think I placed the order on a Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday. No delivery charge. Brilliant experience and I'll happily use Redec again. Thank you!

Fast, efficient and good price

Ordered 3 bags of charcoal and it arrived very quickly, great experience from start to finish. I don't often rate purchases, but I was a bit desperate to keep my kamado joe running as that's my excuse to have a beer in the back garden during the hot weather on a school night, so thanks guys.
