This was my first time using reDollar and unlike some other companies I have used in the past. My experience with reDollar was Great.
We agreed on a price that I was happy with and our scrap gold report was right on the mark. We received over seventy four hundred dollars which was nearly twice what a local company offered us.. I will use them again for sure.

In the past I had two additional gold buying businesses quote me on the same item and, hands down, ReDollar offered not just a better price, but almost twice as much. They have a handy calculator, which is kept up to date daily according to the stock price. I highly recommend comparing quotes before selling, and never go to a jeweler to sell your gold.

The journey to sell my gold jewelry started with the visit of 3 local coin/gold shops... offering me only 70-80% of the actual gold value. Not much better were the results from precious metal refineries... one did not accept private customers, the other never responded to my e-mail and the third did no call back after leaving multiple messages.
Until I found Redollar - in the beginning I was skeptical, however, their online calculator was giving me by far the best price of 90% of the gold value. After contacting them all of the transaction went super-smooth and very quick; from getting confirmation e-mails, to the shipping labels, insurance of the package, the assessment of my goods... until payment... altogether including the 2 day shipment in less than 5 days.
And the best: I got more then estimated! (I wrongly classified one of the pieces as 10k in the online calculator.. and Redollar found that it was a 14k piece... and added accordingly to the payout.)
To sum it up: Very, very good experience with the company: professional, quick and honest - I am glad that I found Redollar and can only recommend them.

ReDollar has been amazing. I buy storage units, I find a lot of gold and silver jewlery. My local pawn shop says they pay 80, but realistically its more like 75, or lower. I have been cheated by said pawn shop by purity.

I now have all the knowledge necessary to know what I can expect to be paid out of the gold I turn in.

I didnt want the process to take an unreasonable amount of time. I wanted to be paid fairly. I did tons of research on different buyers across the USA.

I found redollar. Still speculative on if I would get burnt or not, I pulled the trigger. Wanna send a larger amount through a trusted carrier you prefer? No problem.

I always choose their shipping label. I follow the instructions, put it in the mail, and b, 3 or 4 days later im getting emails saying my parcel has arrived, within 3 hours of arriving, they've checked my gold, verified its value and tell you what their offer is (will always be the same as initial send in, unless weight is incorrect or if they remove cheap stones) i accept the offer, and within 30 mins, I've been paid.

Im happy I discovered ReDollar, I recommend them to family and friends, and anyone who reads this. Take a chance, send in a small amount to get comfortable. Then once you see yourself, send such as you'd like!!

They where not only upfront but very helpful through the whole process. Very quick payout. Employees I delta with were kind as well as patient. A company with integrity is hard to find.

Truth be told I was very skeptical about sending gold to liquidate. I read many of redollars reviews on all sorts of sites asked friends and people in the industry. It was a very easy process. Just go online and request a shipping label and customer service will ask you a few questions, after that they send you an insured shipping label if the minimum threshold is met. Shipping is easy, the label and detailed instructions are provided. I was most impressed when I got the email that they received my items and they were tested and I was paid within 3 hours. My second shipment is on the way.

I sold them a 14kt scrap chain that weight 3.94 grams and they gave me a online quote of $217.40. I mailed it in for free, so I wasn't out of pocket at all. I was sceptical but they truly earned my trust. I received an email the same day they received it and kept me informed of everything that was happening and within a day I was paid by e-check which is how I chose to be paid. I was still sceptical until I cashed my check. I recommend redollar to anyone that needs a little money.

They should be five star all around I can't believe somebody would give them something less than five stars

This is an amazing company. I have sent them several shipments of scrap gold and jewelry. They insure what you send them at no cost to you. They provide a report on your gold or precious metal content with their financial offer. I have found that they have paid me slightly more than their calculator might say, because my scale measures to tenths of grams, say 10.1 grams, but their scale is to the hundreds and the actual weight might be 10.17 grams.

I have simply been amazed at how quickly they respond to my questions, and payment, which can be made by ACH transfer. They are more than fair with their offers. I will continue to sell to them when I have more jewelry to sell.

If you are selling at spot price through eBay, once you have paid eBay fees, you make less than if you sold to reDollar. And no where near the hassle. You close the deal quickly and get paid in just a day after you accept their offer.

Very fast and safe gold selling experience

There’s a first time for everything.. selling gold online? SKEPTIC… I must admit RE Dollar is legit! Had some jewelry and two silver bars that’s just laying around so thought I’d sell it. Did my googling and YouTubing - they all said local jewelry stores will pay 40-60% its FMV. So I went to Chat GPT and Perplexity to ask how can I get the most for my unwanted jewelry. RE Dollar came up as recommended bc of their content. Seem smaller than the other guys but had good content so I checked out their site, weighed my necklace on the food scale, estimated my necklace on the site and it was almost double what the local store quoted me.

So I said this is too good to be. Looked at Trust Pilot reviews and it checks out. Checked out their YouTube reviews, looks promising. I still didn’t believe it… so I checked out a few other stores online, and the process wasn’t as transparent. And one quoted me $750 “first offer” for my necklace when RE Dollar quoted me close to $1500 with transparency of the process. I love the fast response.

So I tried RE Dollar, quoted the necklace and 20 oz silver. I’m blown away that they paid over 85%+ of FMVfor my white gold and silver bar…. Transparent process online, quick email responses. My UPS shipment got delayed bc of UPS logistics issues. I got Zelled within 14-18 hrs after they got the goods and sent me all the info for next steps, it was close to what they estimated online. I was thrilled!

Then I had another necklace laying around that worth a bit more. I didn’t hesitate to use them again. This time it was smooth due to UPS’s truck didn’t break down that caused delays. Process took about 3-4 days… They are quick. Just got funded again this morning and I knew I had to go out of my way to write this review for the next person.

This company is amazing. My senior ring has been sitting in my safe for 50 years. I really didn’t want it anymore and I didn’t think my grandkids would care about it so I decided to sell it. I started looking and found this wonderful redollar company.
I checked out the reviews. It almost seemed too good to be true, but I took a chance and they were exactly what they said they were. They sent me a free label. I sent my ring to them. I have to get this out of my chest. I was a huge,huge sceptic. My wife was also telling me..”there is no way some will give you close to $3500 for a bracelet!” I took my bracelet to numerous of pawn shops and the highest estimate I received was $780. I was like let send this bracelet to redollar to see if they are going to give me what the price shows on the calculator. I can not lie..I was really,really scared and to my surprise I had my money direct deposited to my checking account the next day. I was in total shock and my wife couldn’t believe it either. I am very happy that I decided to go with reDollar instead of my usual Ross Simons. I was torn by my decision because I have bought and sold with Ross Simons and I trust them. I wasn’t sure if reDollar was legit. I read the reviews, read the coin forums, and decided to take the leap of faith and try reDollar. I was planing on selling 600 grams of sterling silver scrap. I had to try reDollar because they were offering more than $100 than Ross Simons was willing to pay. I asked reDollar to send me a sellers kit. I received the kit quickly and still hesitated. I decided to go ahead and send reDollar the scrap Sterling Silver. I am glad I did this. I added more scrap in the container because I was worried some of the weight was from metallic earring backings. They sent me a lab report saying I sent them 620.31 grams of .925 silver. Another great feature I am pleased reDollar offered is that when I requested the kit, the price they were offering was $0.78 per gram of 0.925 silver. By the time I sent the sterling silver to reDollar, the price they offered went up on their website to $0.85 per gram of 0.925 silver, and they honored that price increase on the laboratory report. I received an electronic check and I deposited the check online through my banks application. I will use reDollar in the future. I recommend you give reDollar a chance!

I was understandably skeptical about dropping $3500 worth of gold into the mail, but their entire process is designed to reassure the customer. They absolutely made it effortless with prompt, personal, and detailed communication that went far beyond what I expected. The price was fair, and they certainly paid more than my local stores. I have dealt with other companies in the past and nearly all of them will try to buy from you as cheaply as they possible can and if you don't attempt to negotiate they will gladly pay you less than they should. To me this seems wrong and possibly even dishonest. When I found ReDollar, they seemed different and they are. They do exactly as they say they do. I like the fact that they provide a reasonably priced scale and an online calculator to allow you to see what your payout will be before you send in your valuables. I found them to be honest and polite and simply easy to do business with. Since I discovered them I have found a company that I can trust and I will continue to deal with them exclusively going forward. There's no need to look any further. ReDollar is the only buyer for me and I believe if you try them you will feel the same way. I trust ReDollar and you can too.

reDollar is a very legitimate company who offers a great service and price for any unwanted gold. They beat out their competitors by offering 27% more for your precious metals. I was offered $185 more than their competitors. They have a great turnaround on getting your money to you quickly along with many options for your payment.
