Great service! Phil rang to offer an alternative policy to the one I had as it was better suited to my needs and circumstances. He explained everything really well and wasn't pushy at all. Would highly recommend.

Phil rang us to check that we were both ok and to make sure that the policies we had with we're still meeting our need's. After a short chat with him about myself and giving some information it was decided to leave my policy as it was. But it was decided that the wife's policy could be changed to a better one.All was explaining to the wife and she decided to change to the new better policy.
