I would strongly advise other consumers to exercise extreme caution before purchasing anything from redwoodfinch.com.

Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely concerning:
- My cancellation request was not respected.
- The company proceeded with the order despite having received my written notification.
- I have not received the goods I paid for.

Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend that potential customers avoid purchasing from this website until these issues have been properly clarified and resolved.

I am publishing this account to warn other consumers and hopefully prevent anyone else from experiencing the same situation.

Based on my own experience, purchasing items from Redwood & Finch site results in nothing being delivered to the buyer. Furthermore, no refunds are provided. Communication simply ceases after a few exchanges.
- the initial order indicates that the shipment is being handled by USPS, a parcel tracking service.
- the tracking information shows the shipment moving through Estonian customs, including the customs clearance process.
- however, a few days later, the item’s location is suddenly shown as a small village in Germany.
- initially, Redwood & Finch customer support responds—exclusively via written communication. They apologize and promise to either send a replacement immediately or issue a refund. A couple of days later, Redwood & Finch claims that a replacement has already been dispatched via UPS, and therefore, they can no longer offer a refund.
- When asked for a tracking number for this replacement shipment, all communication stops.

I spent over 300 euros and nothing ever arrived. They took no responsibility. They sent me a tracking number that didn't provide any information. My order never arrived and I lost my money. Scammers!

I ordered an R&F Vest + Exclusive Free Sweater (CLEARANCE) × 1
Blue / Blue . I paid with my credit card. The order was confirmed at 18
September. I received a tracking number but my order never came. I sent 3 or 4 mails to the company and at my last mail they didn't bother to answer me. Today 30 October I checked the tracking number and 17track under my order number wrote that the tracking number was unable to track. I have lost my money and they didn't contact with me.

Un site FAKE, commande jamais arrivé, des excuses et 2 mois après pas de remboursement... ATTENTION ARNAQUE.

Hace tres meses consolide el pago para una compra de sweaters y campera tentado por una propaganda en Instagram.
Reclame desde entonces a una tal Judith que siempre ponía una excusa, ya no me contesta más.
Reedwood Finch es una estafa.
Ojalá hubiera leído esta página antes de comprar.

This is a scam Chinese company. I was promised my order in 2-3 weeks. Its been over 2 months and still NO
merchandise. I've had 7 separate interactions with them
and all they do is apologize and not deliver. I ordered 2 Ralph Lauren down vests and 2 braided knit crew neck sweaters. I would give them zero stars if I was able. I'll be contacting my CC company and getting a refund.

I received 2 usbc cables for a cell phone. PURE SCAM!!! Paid $100 for suposedly 2 Ralph Lauren Polo sweaters. Had I checked this site, I wouldn't have ordered. They're are pure Scum!!!
