Based on my experience, RedwoodRX is a scam. I have been charged twice for a product that has never been shipped and obviously has never been delivered. Their IT is terrible.....it took them a week to finally get an account set up for me (they kept telling me by e-mail to choose a different e-mail address because the one they we communicating with me was not working?!?!?!)....then, once I had an account, when I tried to change my profile to correct an incorrect phone number, I kept getting error messages because the phone number they were supposed to call me to perform the medical consultation was incorrect.....The 888 number I called would put me "next in line" and then hang up....the "service at RedwoodRX" email messages appeared to be read but seldom answered. I did get a response from the medical messaging component that they would contact service to escalate my problem.....I was ignored....The two things that this company is good at are taking your money and wasting your time!

Almost backed out of buying my product because the lady was trying to talk over me, but once we got to talking everything smooth out, she was very confident and what she was doing and was a sales lady

Christopher was professional knowledgeable and very kind! He is a good salesperson and represents the Redwood well. As Redwood representative I would want him to be on my team. Take notice Redwood!

I’m always reluctant to order anything on IG. Only tried a few times n it’s never been a smooth or pleasant experience.
What I can say about REDWOODrx is THEY DELIVER your order promptly. I reached out n got a quick reply n tracking number right away n my order came literally two days later. Overall just took few days.
And they’re very nice as well. So for me they get 5 starsssss
