Terrible quality swim shorts
I bought 2 pairs of the swim shorts for my husband and after less than 10 weeks of wear during several summer holidays, the elastic totally gave up and rendered the shorts unwearable. These shorts were expensive and I expected good quality items. However, to me there is a fault with the design but I have been fobbed off by their customer service. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company after this experience.

Julie, as we explained to you through customer service, after you had told us you purchased these 18 months ago, our records showed that you had actually purchased these shorts over 5 years ago in 2020. Understandably, we cannot give a lifetime guarantee on a fabric product that spends its time in chlorinated and salt water and as you admit has been on at least 10 holidays. All swimwear has a harder life than most items of clothing and will have a natural life span. Understandably, we cannot measure how this product has been treated over that length of time or the type of cleaning conditions or products it has come into contact with. I believe leaving a one-star review for a small business, ruining our exemplary record on TrustPilot is very harsh. In my opinion, your interactions with our staff were bizarre, confrontational and extremely unreasonable, especially once it was revealed that you had significantly tried to mislead us over how long you had owned the product. You even personally called me aggressive when I addressed you by your first name in an email, rather than a salutation (?), despite us having had a phone conversation previously where you made no such objection. We always go above and beyond to fix customer issues, but I’m afraid any fault on our part would have displayed itself years and years ago. After more than 75,000 customers, this is the strangest and most unreasonable customer interaction we have had. I wish you the best for the future, but would ask that if you contact us again, to be more reasonable and considerate to the people trying to help, Patrick (Founder)
Very good quality clothing
Very good quality clothing, which was beautifully packaged. I had to return them and get a slightly smaller size and, when I returned the items, both the replacements and the refund (refund of the original order, as I ordered replacements before returning the originals) were very prompt.
Great to support a new home-grown brand.

Great quality & service
Ordered two Polo shirts and love them both. Excellent quality and fit.
Also really loved receiving the shirts boxed and obviously wrapped with care. So much nicer than them simply being in a plastic bag.
