Bought an item back in 2020..damaged few crystals during a deep clean

They were super fast to reply to my query and before you know it replacement crystals were on route.

100% anything to do with lighting they are the best.

Lights are better than any I have ever seen. The build quality is amazing and the lights have a swagger about them. Delivery was prompt didn't have to wait long atall and buyer was very helpful with any queries i had. All in all amazing product with even better service!

Order placed on 12th October.
Online it says 5-7 days processing and 3 days delivery.
I did request for change of glass on the 14th which should only delay the item by another 3 days.
I have chased this order non stop. To date the tracking still says in processing stage- 30.10.24.
I have chased this multiple times, this week I was told it would arrive by Tuesday (yesterday), then I was told there would be an update to tracking number and order should arrive by this week. This is well over the time stated. I have projects on hold due to this delay which I have shared with the company. At this rate I should be refunded for part of the order.
I had the same issue with House of Lights and was not expecting the same from this company. I even checked the reviews on Trust Pilot.
Should have stuck to high street shops where the items are available right away.

I've never been happier with a lighting purchase. Reflect Lighting delivers both style and functionality

Awful service. Do not buy from this company. Wrong product sent and unresponsive to emails and messages. Severe delay in sending the item out. Once received, the bulbs were the wrong colour. I complained last week and was promised new bulbs on next working day basis. It has been a week and still not received.

Ordered 2 lights on 12 October. Chased on 22 Oct and had email reply to say they would be here on 24th - it is now the 30th and they still haven’t arrived. Don’t use.

Ordered a light on the 6th September
Messaged on Instagram told would receive next day delivery
Nothing came
Sent emails no reply and still no light

Responding to the comments by the company- I was asked to remove my reviews multiple times which I refused to do, the issue had NOT be resolved by the time I posted this feedback which is why I felt it was necessary to post such feedback. I had to ask for evidence and proof of refund as no one answered the phone, responded to messages or communicated unless I emailed/messages daily. On top of this I was lied to multiple times with regards to my order- my comments stand, and I would never use this company. Ordered a large quantity of lights from this company. Have had to chase for 5 weeks to receive the correct replacement parts for one chandelier. Have been waiting on a partial refund for 16 days still not received. Promises made but never upheld, having to chase for updates, incorrect information given. I would never recommend this company and would not order from them
