12 step platform ladder . June 2025 . Ordered the ladder , received a call the next morning the ladder was out of stock weather I wanted a different ladder a refund or I was willing to wait two and a half weeks I chose to wait the ladder arrived and was delivered on time . Exellent communication service and price .

Helpful, pleasant staff, who made everything easier for me. I can understand that the added-later freight costs would work well for larger, regular customers, but for the casual buyer, it's a bit clunky (and expensive). Overall, a good firm.
