Disappointing
Quality products listed. Fast delivery. Unfortunately, not all items delivered will be the items as shown/listed/ordered (some replaced, as cited in the small print as 'using up end of other inferior stock', and some simply replaced without information).
Disappointing and unacceptable level of service as a consequence, when specific items are ordered only to have the majority replaced. This may be a temporary issue as supplies are used up but it shows a complete lack of customer care and requirements, and (even if included at the very end of a listing) a lack 'transparency'.
I shall not be ordering from them again.
In addition (see response) listing items under a photo and description and then sending cheaper and lower quality items (for the same price) and excusing it as an 'oversight'.

Easy to order

We ordered emergency supplies Thursday afternoon ready for our team the next day. They took care of everything we said what we need only took ten minutes they confirmed that it was available really responsive through this email conversation.
Next day we received our order nice and early superbly packed and everything had long expiry dates some company’s send out short dated items but reflex never do this. We have now made Reflex our chosen supplier for all consumables. Cannot recommend enough.
