Really great service at very affordable prices for the items I receive. I’m glad they are still doing the haribo packets in their parcels. Definitely own this trademark. Very good and helpful especially on the phone when I put the wrong address on my order. They were able to change it before the order was sent. Can’t recommend enough

Quality of the consumables is excellent, very quick and easy shipping.
Reason why I have rated 4 stars is due to having to wait for some consumables to come back into stock. Otherwise excellent provider for medical equipment will use again in the future.

Hi Mrs G! Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We have taken note of customer feedback regarding the price of delivery. While we are market-leading in offering free delivery for orders of £20 or more we have now partnered with Royal Mail to reduce our delivery charge on orders under £20. This means customers now only pay £3.50 + VAT for next day delivery on these smaller orders. While I know this doesn't help for your situation I hope it means we can help you again in the future.
