Another Great service. simple funciton stopped working with no heads up. Jack, after some deep diving was able to resolve the issue and stop me from having a meltdown. Best IT support ever.

I am a legal family law consultant in Nottingham often based at home. This can be isolating and whenever I have an IT road block my instinct is to panic. Will was extremely helpful when my Outlook stopped working following a recent update. He tried several different fixes, patiently talking me through each step and explaining what was happening along the way.
When these solutions didn’t resolve the issue, he arranged a time that was convenient for me to take over my computer. He then uninstalled all the Microsoft packages and reinstalled them, which resolved the problem.
I really appreciated Will’s patience, clear communication and willingness to work around my availability. Excellent service and highly recommended!

Had an issue with a macro that was set up prior to Reformed being our IT support. Will was amazing, his determination and doggedness to resolve this issue was a refreshing change and needless to say after a few hours of looking into this, he managed to resolve the issue which has saved me a lot of time as I am not having to do this manually every time. Wish there were more people with his integrity.
