I'm from Australia, and apart form the cost of postage, i was more than satisfied with the service

I bought the laminated cards from Refstore. This cost me over £10. When they arrived I saw them and didn’t like them at all as I could have made better ones at home. Got in touch via email to ask how to return the items and I have been ignored. Service is shocking and products could be made at home better than what’s been sent out. Do not recommend buying!

David, I'm glad we managed to discuss this over the phone. The emails sent were obviously not received, but as soon as we were aware you'd not received our emails we contacted you via phone straight away to rectify the issue. Hopefully you can consider amending the review now we've rectified the issue. Thanks

I would regular use the finger whistle…
I would regular use the finger whistle in matches, some in the past from other companies have been tight around the fingers, and hard to remove if getting something from pocket etc. This whistle fits perfectly, it’s easy to remove, it also has a rubber tip for the mouth area, leaving it more comfortable when blowing it, also it adds an extra bit of protection if you accidentally miss the mouth and bang it of the teeth, 🤦♂️
