Our bed arrived weeks late, and severely damaged, in December. We were promised a replacement by Ellie and the gentleman on the phone in March. I've now been desperately trying to get in touch with them, to find the website is down, the phone's off the hook, and social media accounts have been deleted. Absolutely heart broken.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely awful, failed to deliver goods I ordered. I am waiting on a mattress and they are refusing to give me a refund on the goods I have not received. They will not return my phone calls or text messages after 2.5 weeks of attempting to get in contact with them.

Appalling.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful experience with this company regarding their product on delivery and now no answer on Instagram. Avoid buying from this company

Horrendous experience with this company. Instagram is now down, they said it had been hacked so we’re getting a new one. No one answered the contact phone or answered emails. Had to contact through Facebook messenger and sent about 20 messages before I got a reply

Bed came damaged, without the mattress I ordered - which never came. I still haven’t received a refund for it. When they said they would - and they’ve also given me a faulty bed.

In contact with the bank but do NOT order off this company. Their website is also not working now too. Disgraceful

Never answer messages. Never deliver the goods. Phone line rings out, Instagram has gone down. Website out of service. Absolute con!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE

Ordered a bed December £1095

It arrived in January with 7 defects (torn fabric, unsafe protruding staples, frame unable to fit to the gas lift mechanism). They arranged a replacement , it arrived February with several different defects. 4” wider than the mattress, cigarette burn in the side rails.

Their Instagram account is now down. I assumed I was blocked, but they claim they have been hacked. They claim to be issuing a replacement.

I shall amend this review if I am able to get the bed I paid for. As it stands, I would not advise anybody pays them any more money.

Purchased a bed took two months to deliver, was damaged on delivery, contacted numerous times and now they have blocked me on Instagram.
CompAny offered a 150 refund if I took trustpilot review off, still not received refund, will be contacting credit card company next.

Whenever I need a bed in the future I will always go to refurnishd because of the fantastic service I received.
Our Sierra bed was delivered last week and the lads were brilliant. Making sure everything was in order before they left. The bed itself is so reasonably priced for such a high quality item. Everyone who has seen it is very impressed with it. It’s extremely beautiful and something different which I liked.

The whole instagram feed is an absolute con ! Full of stolen images of the designs and work of other superior firms such at lifestyle interiors and helsellic design ! DO NOT BUY ! You are being sold something from an image that is not their product and they do not make ! What you see is not what you get ! They are a collective of misfits from Manchester trying to profess to be a legit company - bought followers and fake positive trust pilot reviews ! Stay away !

Such a great company.
I ordered just before Xmas and managed to deliver on Xmas Eve even though they were so busy.
Ellie who responds to enquiries is amazing the customer service from enquiring, ordering and delivery was faultless.
The craftmenship of the bed is 1st class. I also ordered a mattress which is really comfortable.

Ellie was so helpful right from the beginning when I was enquiring about which bed to get. She is knowledgeable. Her communication is on point. She ensures she responds in a timely manner and with the relevant information. My move was planned in December but I had been liaising with her as far back as July/August. She set up everything for me professionally. Kept me in the loop. Reassured me with any worries I had. She’s honestly a star and I’m so appreciative of her during this experience. Bed was delivered on the day scheduled and plans to assemble the bed were fulfilled. I absolutely love my new bed. So so happy I bought from here

Best experience of buying my dream bed. Excellent service and delivered on time as promised. Customer service experience was fabulous. Highly recommend this over the big stores as they just focus on making money but Refurnishd delivery your dream in your budget.

I have ordered The Luxury Lyon Bed, it’s a beautiful bed and very well made. I have chosen this company as I wanted a split headboard due to narrow staircase in my house. After ordering 3 bedframes from different companies ; Belgravia bedco ( they were a big disappointment and they’ve changed their insta name and they gave me really hard time), and 2 bedframes from Dreams. Ellie was amazing, helpful and so cooperative helped me out through the whole process. Yes the wrong headboard was delivered at first( these things happens) but Ellie and her manager made it happen to have the split headboard and offered me a free bed installation as a good gesture.
I finally got the bed and I couldn’t be happier . Thank you so much for everything 😊

Impeccable service start to finish, I cannot highly recommend. Ellie is awesome she made the whole process effortless. Even though I changed my mind on colour twice after ordering Ellie was quick to respond and make the changes I had requested, communication was almost instant. If only every company I ordered from had an Ellie! The bed is stunning beyond my expectations. I ordered the Kingston King Size, 80in headboard matching storage box in plush mink, and a mattress. I will be 100% be ordering again soon for a family member. Keep up the great work. If you’re considering ordering from Refurnishd don’t hesitate it’ll be the best experience and decision you will have made when ordering a new bed.
