I was pleased with the service and helpfulness of the team that fitted the awning.

A very efficient Company. Everything went so smoothly and I absolutely love my new Regal Blind. The installers were a delight they were polite friendly they cleared everything up beautifully. I thoroughly recommend Regal, their blinds are very high quality as is their service.

Two men arrived and worked really quickly and tidily. My blind is long and it is amazing! I have already been using it in my hot south facing garden.

Arrived early, unloaded their equipmen. Then cnsulted me about he position of the awning. Very pleasant and understanding, they agreed with the position I wanted. On completion, demonstrated the operation and the adjustments I could do if required. Cleaned up and were finished within about 3 hours. Happy and satisfied customer!

Everything was dealt with efficiently and professionally. The installers were friendly ,helpful and efficient.

From start to finish Regal Awnings have been nothing but helpful and professional. No ‘hard sell’, just lots of advice and plenty of time given to talk through our ideas. Certainly not a company for anyone wanting a ‘cheap fix’ but you get what you pay for and I am confident we will get years of problem-free use of the awning now attached to our house.

We were looking for options for a large awning for our patio and met with Chris Jackson (Marketing Director) early November. Chris took us through all the options possible (as we were looking to cover an area almost 10 x 5 metres - quite a large area) ensuring that we fully understood his recommendations, answering all our questions and getting back to us very quickly where we had some post-meeting queries - and I have to say that both my wife and I are extremely pleased with the end result. The installation team were an absolute pleasure to have on-site, clean, friendly, tidy and professional with great attention to detail to ensure that the awnings (as we have 2 awnings, co-joined in the centre with lighting) were fitted absolutely right.
What we have now is a fantastic outside area where we no longer have to worry about the weather. But my, is it big!! Its exactly what we wanted and more!
I'd have no hesitation in recommending Regal in the future, the awnings are of a high quality, the installation is done taking great care, and they are just a nice professional company to do business with.

Very pleased with our awning. Although our Installation was a relatively small order, the fitters carried out the work in a friendly professional manner, taking time to explain the mechanical workings and maintenance of our awning to us. Happy to recommend this company.

Excellent service & product. The whole process did not take long, the installers were friendly, polite & explained the operation set up fully before leaving with all the rubbish. I now have a beautiful sturdy awning which I’m looking forward to enjoying next summer!

The company should have sent 3 operatives rather than 2 because of the weight of the awning. That created difficulty for them and a degree of anxiety for us as they struggled to handle the awning.

Discussion with sales rep were very clear and helpful in making a decision on the right system and arrangement for us. Date for fitting worked perfectly. Great installation (we have 2 large awnings) but the after sales support seems sadly lacking...3 weeks we have been waiting for a delivery of a broken IR receiver (They never go wrong!)....its £300 to fit, despite being under warranty...according to the support person I spoke too, its not our fault, its the supplier in Germany. I could have gone elsewhere, paid for the part and been done with it.....very disappointing as I suspect summer will be over before it’s fitted.
UPDATE.
For clarity, I did not post the initial review after getting confirmation of the fix date, the review was written after the previous conversation which confirmed that there was no update from the factory, so at the time of writing I had no fix date…trust pilot reviews take 24-48 hours to load.
Today the installers arrived as promised, and they replaced the faulty part under warranty. It is a shame that the delivery date from the factory, or the effectiveness of the chasing was the cause of the delayed repair, thus causing an overall feeling that I had been let down. However, having now thought about the whole process from buying/fitting/warranty repair, I am changing my review from a 1 to a 4 star review. The Awning itself has been great (both of them) we are very pleased with them, the people we have dealt with have all been helpful, including the installation team today, but when you spend nearly £10k on 2 awnings from a quality company, you are entitled to expect a faulty part to take less time than a month to arrive….maybe the issue was with the factory all along, but as an end client my only experience is with the end result.

For further clarity, if I needed another awning, I would ask Regal to quote, despite this disappointment on a warranty repair.

Absolutely first class product and first class service.

My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our purchase. The sales staff we very helpful and knowledgeable as were the installations team.
