There is no excellence here. It took 3 days to get a statement of account. I had to physically go into the offices to have a statement of account. No accountability. No response to emails. I was told that I could whatsapp my queries to Adolph Nagel and did not receive a response even after 2 days as he chose to block me on whatsapp. He is all talk and no action. The Admissions email does not work for assistance on login and the username and temp password did not even allow me to reset my password. I was supposed to have started in 2025 but nobody bothered to inform me that my studies were cancelled and would only commence in 2026. This so called private university reminds me of all government institutions. I am not recommending the people at work to ever give Regenesys a thought because of what I am having to endure. They behave like I am getting my studies for free.

Good morning. I am an online ADPM student at Regenesys School of Public Management. I want to take this opportunity to thank the services of Khushi Satpute my Student Support Administrator who use to keep me updated on recent information including the reminders of classes, revisions, exam dates and many more. I had a problem of my study loan that delayed to pay for my tuition and I requested the total amount of quotation of my outstanding balance and Khushi Satpute assisted me by escalating the matter to the accounts office for faster emailing to me the total outstanding tuition fees. I also recommend Mr. John Motsumi who also communicated with me including to open the portal for me to access the revision and for exam writing. Hoping for future togetherness continuances. Thank you

Doing a post-grad while working is never an easy journey. Student supports are a big part of that journey; they are there every step of the way... attending 3 hr sessions of classes and revision classes, being on standby during exams.... these guys are practically taking the courses with us, and that must take away a lot of time on their schedules.

Phumzile Khoza is my current student support you'd swear we've known each other for a while now, ever so bubbly, very friendly, and always supportive. The random checks go a very long way... really appreciate the support.

I would not recommend this university to anyone. I got my log in details late and missed quite a few assignments and test. I did not get my timetable on time because I did not know that I have a student administrator. I am a first year student I did not know my way around the portal.
When I forward emails to both the student administrator and student support they take their time to respond or doesn't even bother to respond at all. I am disappointed with the service I am getting from them the ones that are really doing there job is the lecturers.

I am a second year student and up to so far I have not yet received the results of some of the subjects that I wrote in the first year.
I have written emails and the student support does not even bother to respond to the emails. I have made calls and the phones would ring without anybody answering them. The other times you get a student support representative and in the middle of your query they would just hang up. Some would make you hold and you will hold for over thirty minutes and they would have disappeared.
If you miss the assignment deadline, regardless of the challenges you state, you are made to pay over a R1000.00 to rewrite one module assignment.
I paid to re - write the assignment of Jurisprudence and I received confirmation in writing from the school and on the day of writing the assignment I was denied access to the assignment.
The only thing that is good about this school is the lecturers, they are world class. LLB student support is the most useless and pathetic that I have ever dealt with. I have studied with North Werst University (Potchefstroom Campus), University of Pretoria and UNISA and I have never experienced this low level of administration.
There are people in the admin who are going out of their way (Phemelo Mokhomo to be specific). But generally the student support is not adding any value to us as students.
The assignment and exam submission system is also very user unfriendly.
The school has the audacity of suspending the students access to the studies because of their mistakes of not checking if students have paid or not

I have never in my life come across a company that is more unprofessional than what these people are. For the past 9 weeks, I've been trying to get the almost R10 000 that I paid them, refunded to me. The consultant convinced me that I will be accepted to study law even though I do not qualify. Furthermore, he convinced me to pay the registration fee of almost R10 000 and told me that that is how comfortable he is that I will be accepted. After I paid the amount, he told me to apply with the matriculation board and I said that I would like to withdraw the application because that was not what had been promised. After many back and forths, I managed to get a refund form from them. As of today, I have no real feedback on when the refund will take place and I have no response from them. It's been 9 weeks and I have phoned and emailed, what feels like, every single person working for Regenesys. I even cc'd in the directors. I am sick and tired of them acting like I don't even exist and I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! THINK LONG AND HARD BEFORE YOU WANT TO STUDY WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!

Avoid working here - toxic culture, appalling leadership

It was a nice experience learning Cybersecurity from a scratch,Regenesys Business Tutors are best professionals you can get any where, they really know how to break it down to their students for easy understanding.

Attending online class with Regenesys, it was one of the best experience what i liked about it was to interact with other students from other countries. Our lecturer James presentations weekly was so informative and empowering i can as encourage any to attend with Regenesys.

It was the great experience I had, especially with all the facilitators that we had, their teaching was clear and understandable. The style of teaching was amazing all modules chapters were shared which made it easy for me to study.
