I'm really pleased with the installation. Regen has been professional throughout. Parts availability issues caused some installation delays, hence 4 stars rather than 5.

For me it's the 2 Yong lads how install the system they couldn't do enough to halp in every way. they
Stade till tate at night to finish what they were doing. The only negative is the young lady Hannah
on the phone in the office need halp with answering the call but when I did get through she was great. Yours mr Kevin Bull.

From start to finish there was no pushing you to buy the solar panel everything was explained in easy terms to understand
The fitting went smoothly and the footer explain how the system worked and the app as well

Almost everything was excellent: prompt efficient friendly service, approachable staff. Mounting & wiring the panels went well, very efficient. BUT the scaffolders [I assume it was them] left a mess, damaged the lawn, and trailed a lot of mud on the hallway carpet without laying down any protective covering. Not impressed by that side... that's why it's 4 stars not 5.

Regen approached us initially with respect to potential heat exchange unit heating which unfortunately wasn't suitable for our property size. Keen to pursue greener options we then went down the route of Solar - which again proved, for us, to be unsuitable for our property. At every point along the journey Regen have been honest, reliable, extremely polite to deal with and quick to acknowledge difficulties when they arose. Every member of the team we dealt with were knowledgeable and clear with what their products could and couldn't provide for us. It didn't work out for us this time, however I don't hesitate to recommend them to others. I certainly will be in touch with them should we move to a more suitable property.

I recently had a conversation with someone from Regen about heat pumps during a marketing call and was impressed with their expertise. This led to scheduling an introductory sales meeting with Paul. His professionalism encouraged us to proceed with a comprehensive survey and heat loss assessment. Jimmy conducted a thorough survey and patiently answered all my questions. By Wednesday, we received an offer to install the system the following Monday. Although it was a significant decision for us, when Jason, Pete, and Jack arrived, it confirmed we made the right choice. The team worked efficiently, were highly organized, and maintained a clean workspace. My wife and I work from home, and their minimal disruption was greatly appreciated. The installation was seamless and tidy, and the team consistently checked in with us to ensure our satisfaction. Today, they concluded the work and provided a detailed explanation of operating the heat pump, and our home already feels wonderfully comfortable. We wholeheartedly recommend the company and their outstanding team. The entire process was handled professionally, and we are extremely glad I took that initial call.

Regen recently installed a new air heat source pump and radiators to my property. The work carried out was done to a high standard and I am pleased with the results. The fitters worked hard, on what turned out to be a more difficult job than they had anticipated. Pete, Jason and Charlie talked me through their decisions and did a good job were tidy and polite.

The installation was fantastic and everything was explained so I couldn’t fault Regen on that front.
I knew from communications with the company that there would be minimal support over the Christmas period but that emails would be monitored and responded to.
My heating cut out overnight on New Year’s eve so I contacted the company and eventually got an email that evening and have had help with the filter issue, thank you Jak, you went above and beyond to help me.
However I think expecting customers to troubleshoot this on their own is a big ask. I’m fairly practical, not particularly weak and can follow instructions from a video but it’s not that straightforward a job and if you were elderly or infirm and not able to use the tools properly or to turn the (frankly incredibly) stiff valves the job would be impossible.
Jak was very helpful and I eventually managed to clean my filter and put everything back together but I think the expectation that all customers can ‘service’ their own water filters is a larger issue that needs addressing.

It was a big step for us but when Jason, Pete and Jack arrived we realised we had made the right decision. The team were efficient, neat and incredibly well organised. My wife and I work from home and hardly noticed they were there as there was so little disruption.This resulted in them setting up a really good installation, with a neat and tidy job. We were really impressed how they checked with us at all stages to ensure we were happy with the setup.
They finished today and showed us in great detail how to use the heat pump and the house feels so comfortable already.
We have no hesitation in recommending both the company and their team. The job was done in a professional manner and we are really pleased I took that initial sales call.

I have nothing but praise for this company. From initial contact to a fully fitted heat pump system took very little time. Everyone I have had contact with has been professional, polite, helpful and efficient. Jimmy, who came and carried out the initial assessment and survey report was knowledgeable, informative and extremely thorough. Jason & Pete were the installation team and were a pleasure to have in the house. They worked cleanly, quickly and cheerfully, accompanied by Salty, the electrician, on the second day and the job was completed, with everything cleared away and tidy in less than two days. Thank you!

Very efficient team to install the heat pump. House is very cosy, just getting use to the controls. A few issues with paper work but all sorted and everything is in place. Very pleased with the new heat pump. Also taken out the service package with the company to ensure that the heat pump is fully serviced and working properly

From the initial meeting with Derek, representing Regen, to the final moments of installation, things could not have gone more smoothly. We were skeptical about switching to a heat pump, but every concern was simply and clearly allayed with straightforward facts. No hard sell, no pressure, just clear, common sense. The installation team were similarly professional, punctual, polite and extremely tidy and considerate when in our home. The system is now fully operational and working smoothly as we were told it would. Excellent!

Very professional, all matters are dealt with efficiently. Everything was carried out on time by very friendly and helpful staff. I was very impressed by Regen Renewables from start to finish of the

The team that came to do the installation were absolutely first rate: quality workmanship, friendly, courteous and professional.
They were hampered in their work, however, by some poor logistics. Some items were delayed in their arrival and one unit supplied was the wrong model which caused further problems.

Excellent, clear information provided and staff easy to contact. Installation done on time as promised, installers did a very good job, made sure all was working correctly, including helping me with the wi fi connection following a change of provider. From start to finish everyone involved worked hard, kept me informed and tidied up thoroughly before they left.

I was very impressed with the service I received from start to finish. Unfortunately I cannot remember all your names but you know who you are I thank you so much. The service was clean respectful of the property and very efficient. There was one problem on the last day when the new radiator was fitted where there was a slight leak which didn’t help after a very long day for all concerned but they stayed until quite late until the problem was resolved. So I have a great new heating system which is good for the environment and my bank account.
