I’ve been searching for a titanium road bike globally online since October 2022. I wanted one that looks well crafted but doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. I saw a picture of a T325 Reilly bike built for a Bespoke UK event and it checked all the boxes for me. I next read about the company and realized that it’s founder, Mark Reilly, is highly respected in the bespoke bicycle community. So in January, I reached out to Phil, the Sales lead, to have an understanding of the ordering process. We were back and forth at least a dozen times and Phil was very gracious and patient all throughout. The total shipping cost (including customs duties, brokerage fees, etc.) was understandably a little bit on the high side but all in all I paid the same or a little more than a bike of similar specs here in the US. However, the satisfaction of owning a bike that looks different and looks better than most titanium bikes that I see around my area is incomparable. As for the ride, it is curiously stiff for a titanium frame but smooth as expected. I’m thoroughly satisfied with the quality of the build and service.

Purchased a Reilly Spectre which is a beautiful framed all road bike. The ride quality is second to none and is equally at home on gravel or road. The guys at Reilly have been supportive and available throughout, and even a year after purchase helped sort a wheel issue with a third party. 5 stars without reservation.

I am from Switzerland and about a year ago I decided to get a new bike. Boy was I not prepared for the lead times I experienced from several brands. Then I found Reilly. 4-8 weeks was promised, I ordered right away and bam they delivered. The bike arrived from UK and my excitement was huge. However, the bike did not perform really well. Rear mech hanger was slighty bent, front headset was not perfect and somehow the wheels felt strange. After a quick exchange with Reilly they sent a new mech hanger and hooked me up with their local retailer. The local bike shop identified basically the same issues as I did. Again, together with Reilly, the issue and a solution was found. A new set of wheels and a new lower headset bearing seemed to do the trick. The new set of wheels were perfect, however I still felt the headset did not perform as I wished. Some calls and mails back and forth with Reilly and I sent the full bike back to the UK where they checked the frame and then replaced the headset. Once the bike arrived back in Switzerland I was now finally owner of a perfectly working, gorgeous looking and highly entertaining gravel bike!

My journey took me around 8 months and while this is a long time, I never felt helpless, because Reilly was always in full support. They even covered all the costs of what I described above! Again, this is exceptional customer service and many of the problems I experienced are not even their fault. It's the current lack of quality control in the bike industry. Basically, Reilly received faulty parts by their suppliers but they corrected them and made me a happy customer.

Premium quality titanium frame set beyond expectations, reasonable price. If response time can be shortened will greatly improve customers feedback but guess it's due to time zone difference. Overall, satisfactory service.

Leasing my Reilly bike through BikeFlex has been such a great experience. I'd had my eye on a titanium frame for a while and was looking to upgrade from my steel frame road bike I'd had for about 10 years. When I saw The BikeFlex offer on Reilly's IG, it was an no brainer. Tim at BikeFlex was super helpful explaining the process and all was exactly as was described on the site. I decided to go for it on a Sunday and by the following Friday, was collecting my Reilly Gradient from Velobarn in Surrey. I was met at the Velobarn but Tim and also Chris from Reilly and Velobarn's Steve who had built the bike up for me. They couldn't have been more helpful or nicer to deal with. Even a few days after collection, Chris has been incredibly helpful sending me a shorter stem (the one it came with was fine but just a touch outside of my usual riding position) and even a very cool Reilly T-Shirt! The whole experience has been so easy and the service spot on. I would highly recommend. Needless to say, the new ride is exceptional too. I couldn't be happier.

Great experience from initial engagement to delivery. All on-time and better than expected

Shopping online in Reilly is easy to navigate, the products offer need to increase especially offering titanium stem, seat pole or fork. More t-shirt variety will be nice. Delivery for international pretty slow. Up to now still not receive my stuff.

I loved the boutique premium experience combined with down to earth friendly service. My bike is a world class titanium aero bike that turns gears and rides like a dream.
The combination of Reilly Fusion, Strada and Classified/Shimano is epic.

Chris from Reilly was helpful and responsive from the start, talking me through all the options and layer even bringing the bike to his house so I didn’t have to drive to Brighton to collect the bike.

The bike itself is the smoothest ride I’ve ever known. But don’t think this is a mild-mannered beast. The Fusion eats hills for breakfast and made me feel as fast as a grand tour rider. I’ve owned two Titanium bikes in the past and this is by far the best. Couldn’t recommend the whole Reilly experience more.

I own 2 Reilly titanium bikes. A Reilly Spectre which acts as my endurance road bike and has recently served me admirably on my St Malo to Nice cycling adventure, and a Gradient T47 which is my gravel bike and has effortlessly taken me over the Downs Link, South Downs Way, Shipwrights Way, the Salterns and many other gravel routes.
Both bikes provide exceptional rides and performance and I wish I had made the transition to Titanium years ago.
It also helps that the company is backed by a great team who will go the extra mile to help you out.
